"I am really happy with the choice of this hotel! First, they refund me when I booked by mistake the wrong date, without any penalty even if it was not subject to free cancellation. Then, the staff was very kind. Always ready to accommodate any request. Very appreciated! The location is also fantastic, very convenient for exploring around the main area. If I can give a suggestion, I would improve the western- breakfast area. Super recommended!"

"Ich habe einen Konzert von Zhang Shan, einen Hilton, der sich gegen den Stadion befindet. Erstens die Vorteile: Wenn Sie auf dem Fest bleiben, fragen Sie sich intim, ob Sie zum Konzert kommen und haben Regenkleide und Schokolade geschickt, und Sie sehen in das Zimmer die Milch, die Sie beantragen, wenn Sie sich aufmerksam machen. Ich dachte, ich sollte das Hotel beglückwünschen, wenn ich gehe, aber ich bin noch nicht sehr zufrieden mit den nächsten Punkten. Unzufriedenheit: 1️⃣ Sobald man ins Zimmer ging, klappen Sie auf die Tür, weil ich und das Kind damals nicht so viele tragen konnten, fragte ich, wer es war. Keine Antwort, wir haben die Tür nicht geöffnet. Dann hörte ich, dass die Tür bewegt war, und ich öffnete die Tür und fand, dass es ein Schützenschrank war. Ich fragte nicht, ob sie die Tür drückte, und ich schloss die Tür. 2️⃣ Zum Verkauf im Mittelweg. Man kann sagen, es gibt mehr als 10 Personen in einem Elekträger, eine Etage und eine Etage. Die Servicepersonal für den Gepäckwagen ist auch mit uns in einem Elekträger gebündelt. Das Hotel ist klar, dass mehrere Elekträfer sind. Es ist nicht klar, ob alle Elekträfer im Hotel normal laufen. 3️⃣ Heute Morgen um 9 Uhr wurde der Pflegepersonal mit dem Dach aufwacht, das ist auch mein wütendstes Punkt! Ich weiß, dass wir heute früh abziehen und warum wir früh aufstehen?? Das Hotel muss die Ausbildung stärken. Die Servicepersonal im 23. Stock sollte gut verwaltet werden und fühlen sich in der Büroräume tief! 4️⃣ Die Toilettentür ist nicht gut zu bedienen, kann nicht geschlossen werden."

"Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden."

"Letztes Jahr war ich schon einmal hier und fand den Service in jeder Hinsicht eher durchschnittlich, wenig aufmerksam und unengagiert. Dieses Jahr habe ich für ein Konzert zwei Nächte gebucht und muss sagen, der Service war um ein Vielfaches besser als letztes Jahr. Sowohl beim Einchecken als auch beim Auschecken wurde uns sofort Hilfe beim Gepäcktragen angeboten, und das Gepäck wurde sogar direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht. Als am Sonntag das Zimmer gereinigt wurde, bat ich lediglich darum, Trinkwasser aufzufüllen, Handtücher zu wechseln und den Müll zu leeren. Die Reinigungskraft gab mir sogar ein paar Flaschen Wasser zusätzlich und sagte, ich solle sie jederzeit ansprechen, falls ich auf dieser Etage noch etwas bräuchte. Da ich aufgrund eines frühen Fluges bereits um fünf Uhr abreisen musste, fragte die Rezeption proaktiv, ob ich einen Frühstücks-Takeaway-Service in Anspruch nehmen möchte. Die Restaurantmitarbeiter notierten meine Wünsche sorgfältig und bereiteten eine riesige, prall gefüllte Tüte vor. Am Flughafen war das Essen sogar noch warm: Sojamilch, Hirsebrei, Youtiao (frittierte Teigstangen), Eier, lila Süßkartoffelbrötchen, gedämpfte Yamswurzel, Blattsalat und ein Apfel – alles, was ich mir gewünscht hatte. Die Portion war großzügig, sättigend und nahrhaft – einfach perfekt für mich als großen Frühstücksliebhaber. Vielen Dank dafür! Macht weiter so! Ich komme definitiv wieder! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war jedoch, dass im Zimmer ein USB-Adapter fehlte und die bereitgestellten Universalladekabel dadurch nicht genutzt werden konnten. Das beigefügte Foto zeigt das Frühstück, das ich mit nach Hause genommen habe, nachdem ich schon einen Großteil davon gegessen hatte. Absolut top!"

"Price per night: ~$250-$300 AUD I originally booked this hotel seeing that it had a 5 diamond rating, excellent reviews + clean and modern pictures of the hotel. The hotel has a superb location and the service is good. However, the rooms did not feel clean and there is a lot of grime + mould in the bathrooms. The shower water is weak, towels are hard (not soft) and the bathrobe we received had half the pocket ripped off. Also, the room is supposed to be non-smoking but the toilet smelt like cigarettes when we checked in. The experience was bleak and did not feel like the 5 diamond rating we expected so we checked out 1 night earlier than intended and stayed elsewhere down the road. I won't be back."

"I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!"

"A true hospitality gem in Harbin In all of our travels through China and Southeast Asia in the last several years, my wife and I have been fortunate to stay in many lovely hotels and inns, and the superbly located Maxx Hotel in Harbin is certainly one of them. Under the excellent management — Mr. Liu Weifeng, and another young female front desk manager whose last name happen to be Liu as well — and their hardworking team of hospitality experts, the Maxx has embraced a true entrepreneurial spirit to provide guests a distinctive, top-tier hospitality experience. After a long train ride, we were in dire need of a comfortable and well-appointed room with view, and we weren’t disappointed! We took our time to decompress and enjoy the large lobby, uniquely positioned on the penthouse 25th floor, to enjoy the panoramic view of the Songhua River and a bird’s eye view of nearly every major attraction of central Harbin and its impressive night-time skyline — of course, all within a minutes relaxing stroll. The Maxx’s amenities include a terrific buffet breakfast featuring local and national cuisines, an afternoon tea, and even late night snacks and beverages. Guests have the liberty of just enjoying the hotel’s amenities or walking to all the major tourist attractions, which we did, like the bustling evening stroll we took on Central Street, or our short walk to marvel at the Russian Orthodox-inspired St. Sofia Cathedral with the special bonus of people watching all the young people dressed in historical and fantastical costumes for photos to embrace the “otherworldly” atmosphere. We also strolled around the Memorial commemorating overcoming the Great Flood of 1957, enjoyed the cool, verdant shade of the beautiful Gen. Zhaolin Li Park, as well as enjoyed the bridges, river ferries, trams, and laser shows — all merely steps away — or if you are in a more relaxing frame of mind watching the entire spectacle from your perch on the 25th floor! We did both. We urge you to visit the Maxx in Harbin and enjoy Mr. Liu and team’s special hospitality. You definitely won’t regret it."
