The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Das Hotel wirkt von außen und in der Lobby eher unscheinbar und erinnert an eine Raststätte für Flugbegleiter. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und relativ modern ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist jedoch etwas dunkel. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und professionell. Das WLAN-Signal ist stark und die Zimmerbeleuchtung gut abgestimmt; die Schreibtischlampe mit einstellbarer Helligkeit ist praktisch, und es gibt Steckdosen am Bett zum bequemen Aufladen des Handys. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Toilette mit Duschschlauch und einem kräftigen, angenehmen Warmwasserstrahl. Die Rampe am Waschbecken ist mit einem Sicherheitshaken ausgestattet, um Überschwemmungen zu vermeiden. Die Zimmertüren sind mit Diebstahlsicherungen und Ketten für zusätzliche Sicherheit versehen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist geräumig und bietet ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit westlichen und chinesischen Spezialitäten. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig, sicher und gut erreichbar; allerdings belegen viele Fahrzeuge von Einheimischen Parkplätze, was die Parkmöglichkeiten für Hotelgäste beeinträchtigt. Die Rezeption scannt das Kennzeichen, um Gästen die Ausfahrt zu ermöglichen. In einigen Details besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Beispielsweise kommt es immer noch nicht aus dem Teufelskreis heraus, dass Hotels in der nördlichen Region die Klimaanlage willkürlich auf eine einfache Luftregulierung reduzieren und damit die Bedürfnisse der Gäste hinsichtlich des Komforts ignorieren. Der Preis von fast 500 Yuan bot nicht den Komfort, den wir erwartet hatten. Glücklicherweise bekamen wir ein nach Süden ausgerichtetes Zimmer, das relativ kühl und ruhig war. Die Kissen waren jedoch zu weich und unbequem.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass das Personal überall hinkommt. Der Nachmittagstee ist auch sehr reichhaltig Die Lieferung aufs Zimmer ist auch sehr gut, wenn die Personalabteilung eincheckt, und es gibt einen kostenlosen Waschraum auf der hr5-Etage.

Wir haben uns mit unserem Kind nach Harbin gewagt, und die erste Station war das Xana Hotelle Harbin Central Street Sophia Church. Die Lage des Hotels ist super praktisch, es liegt mittig bis nördlich an der Central Street. Zum Zhaolin Park sind es nur 100 Meter über die Straße im Osten, und die Hauptstraße der Central Street ist nur 50 Meter westlich. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es etwa 500-800 Meter zu Fuß. Die Hotellobby ist super gemütlich und bietet Stempel zum Sammeln und Nachmittagstee an. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir unsere Reise nicht geplant hatten und spontan unterwegs waren, fragten wir nach Besonderheiten in Harbin. Eine Mitarbeiterin schickte mir extra über WeChat Tipps für Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung in der Hotelumgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hat alle Ernährungsbedürfnisse für eine Reise mit Kind abgedeckt, inklusive Fleisch, Eiern, Milch und Obst. Am Abreisetag haben wir spontan entschieden, Fotos mit unserem Kind bei der Sophienkathedrale zu machen, was die Check-out-Zeit verzögert hat. Das Personal hat uns kostenlos bis 14 Uhr verlängert. Alles in allem hat uns die erste Station in Harbin ein warmes Gefühl gegeben. Wenn Sie hier an der Central Street übernachten, ist das Xana die beste Wahl! Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Peking habe ich es schon vielen Freunden empfohlen. 😙😙😙

Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

Great stay! The location was perfect – everything was within walking distance. The service was excellent; staff always helped quickly with any questions or issues. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommend!

This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr begeistert. Da wir um 7 Uhr morgens im Hotel ankamen und es noch keine Check-in-Zeit war, half uns der Kellner, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren, damit wir gegen 11 Uhr ausgehen konnten :00, ein Kellner informierte uns über die Ladenzeit. Der Hotelservice und die Nachbetreuung sind vorhanden. Die Gästezimmertante hält das Zimmer sauber und kann die Initiative ergreifen, um Hallo zu sagen. Die Hotelleitung ist vorhanden. Ich werde das nächste Mal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Hotel liegt an der Seilbahnstation von Swan Castle nach Sun Castle und von der Seilbahn aus können Sie den Fluss Songhua sehen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr begeistert und brachte es aufs Zimmer, das einen etwas unbeschreiblichen Geruch hatte. Dieses Zimmer sollte das größte sein und einen 270-Grad-Blick auf den Fluss bieten, ein unvergleichliches Zimmer mit Flussblick. Es ist nur keine Heizung, sondern eine Klimaanlage. Wenn man im Winter lebt, ist es etwas kalt. Das Frühstück wird in Portionen serviert und wirkt sehr europäisch. Die Gesamtbewertung ist in Ordnung, aber ich möchte mich wirklich über die Verwendung dieses Wasserkochers beschweren? Nach langer Recherche habe ich es immer noch nicht verstanden. Ich habe einfach keinen Schluck heißes Wasser bekommen.
