Location is great, near to the Harbin express train station. Room is comfy & the washing machines at level 2 is powerful! Managed to wash our clothes a few times. Overall a good experience, hence we extended our stay for another 2 nights after this.

Insgesamt war es gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Die Toilettenpapierhalterung war zu nah am Mülleimer, sodass das Toilettenpapier (zumindest in meinem Zimmer) in den Eimer fallen konnte, wenn es zu lang war. Das Fenster war undicht (vielleicht nur in meinem Zimmer) und es zog etwas stark, aber glücklicherweise war die Klimaanlage sehr leistungsfähig und heizte das Zimmer gut. Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers (vielleicht nur in meinem Zimmer) war nicht optimal. Mein Bettkopfende grenzte an den Fernseher des Nachbarn. Das hängt wirklich davon ab, welche Art von Nachbarn man hat. Ehrlich gesagt bin ich an einem Tag drei- bis viermal aufgewacht, bis die Nachbarn erst nach 3 Uhr morgens den Fernseher ausgeschaltet haben. Und dann noch die Heizung: Sie war nicht freistehend, sondern durch ein Gitter verdeckt. Die Heizleistung war nicht gut und sie war auch schwer zu reinigen. Nach einem langen Tag konnte man wenigstens die Schuhe darauf legen, damit sie warm wurden. Das Frühstück war gut. In der Central Street gab es wirklich nicht viel zu essen.

A good and inexpensive hotel to sleep in case of late arrival in Harbin or a long junction at Harbin airport. The room is clean, everything is new, good air conditioning. The location is unusual, in a small village, corn fields and vegetable gardens with onion beds are all around. The airport is close. In the morning, roosters scream 🐓 Breakfast consists of simple but delicious dishes of north-eastern cuisine. Instead of coffee or tea - hot soy milk. I think I'll come back to this hotel again.

We decided to spend a little extra money going to Harbin because we wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient, beds comfortable, room spacious. The front desk receptionists were also very helpful, especially on Chinese New Year’s Eve. The soundproofing is not amazing—we could hear a lot of the conversations outside the room in the hallway. The shower also wasn’t great. For such an expensive room, we expected better. After one day of use, the water stopped draining and started to pool. If the shower was longer than 5-7 minutes, the water was probably going to overflow. And then it took forever to drain completely. The toilet is a smart toilet, but it’s also very loud and has a neon blue light that doesn’t shut off at night. There’s no door separating the bedroom area from the washroom area, and the room darkening curtains are only fully covering the windows in the bedroom, so a lot of sunlight comes through the bathroom area, which was not super convenient. The room was definitely a non-smoking room and never smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the lobby oftentimes smelled of cigarettes. This was fixed with spraying some sort of perfume, but a bit disappointing that the public spaces were not kept smoke-free. There’s a delivery robot, free self-service laundry, and breakfast in the basement. The location is not super centrally located, and because Harbin is cold in the winter, it’s easier to take taxis to the center of the city than it is to walk or attempt to take the metro! Overall, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but I would definitely try to find somewhere nicer and or closer to the city center for a better price if I were to come back.

Bringservice zum Flughafen: Informieren Sie die Rezeption bei der Zimmerbuchung und die Dame bestätigt Ihnen die Bringzeit zum Flughafen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Es ist ein Ibis, so dass Sie genau wissen, was es sein wird. Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber, und die Betten sind komfortabel. Die Lage ist ok, aber es gibt noch einen Ibis etwa eine halbe Meile von der Straße, die näher an die Hauptattraktionen ist. Noch ein kurzer und einfacher Spaziergang zur Central Street. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich, und das Frühstück ist gut, mit einer breiten Palette von Gerichten (vor allem Pickles). Empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist großartig, ganz in der Nähe der Central Street und der Sophia-Kathedrale. Biegen Sie am Eingang zum Abholpunkt des Flughafenbusses, der alle 10 Minuten abfährt, rechts ab. Er liegt direkt gegenüber vom Ausstiegspunkt. Aufgrund der Nähe gibt es nachts etwas Verkehrslärm. Der Aufenthalt in der Maisonette war sehr komfortabel, die Heizung war ausreichend und auch die Dekoration des Zimmers gefiel mir. Der Nachteil besteht darin, dass die Wassertemperatur im Badezimmer nicht sehr stabil ist und der Wasserhahn auf eine bestimmte Position eingestellt werden muss.

I had a pleasant stay at this homestay. There was no formal reception, but staff were present and available when needed, which made everything run smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

One of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

Ich habe vor kurzem im Wien Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) geblieben und eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich unschlagbar. Alle Hauptattraktionen, einschließlich der Bahnhofsstation, sind nur wenige U-Bahn-Stoppen entfernt, so dass dieses Hotel eine hervorragende Wahl für Touristen ist. Zusätzlich ist es in der Nähe von Zhongyang Street, der erstaunlichen Sophia-Katedral und dem büstenden Daoli-Gemüsemarkt, wo Sie ein leckeres und erschwingliches Frühstück. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, mit einem großen Fenster mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die einen guten Schlaf nach einem langen Tag der Erforschung sichern. Das Badezimmer war auch großzügig, vor allem die Dusche, und alles war in perfekter Ordnung. Trotz der Kühltemperaturen draußen (es war -25°C während unseres Aufenthalts!) blieb das Zimmer warm und komfortabel dank des hervorragenden Heizungssystems. Wir halten den Heizgerät für sechs Tage aus, und die Temperatur im Inneren blieb gerade. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt war die Hotellobby, die kostenlose Kaffee, Tee und sogar Milch Teaa gedankenhaft und bequem touch angeboten hat. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich, zusätzlich zu den insgesamt positiven Erfahrungen. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Wiener Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) jedem, der Harbin besucht. Seine bequeme Lage, komfortable Zimmer und wunderschöne Einrichtungen machen es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Harbin bleiben!
