Hotels in Taichung mit Parkplatz

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

My stay at this hotel is a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, making sure that all instructions were clear and helpful throughout my visit. My room was impressively clean and spacious, and there is daily welcome food platter. The bed was cozy, allowing me to sleep very well each night. While the hotel is located at the western district, a bit far from the central district, there are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of restaurants in the vicinity, which made it convenient for me. The breakfast options were abundant, offering something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfort, and amenities!

very compact room. minimal space to hang clothes on top of pantry. near to train station, opposite famous miyahara shop (window view of this room). room and toilet are clean if you don't pay close attention to corners. good water pressure and temp for shower. depending on staff, you could meet someone friendly or someone who don't even smile while check in/out.

Hotel is great overall, but beds are really hard surface type. The hotel feels like was last renovated / built some 20 or so years ago, which makes everything looks dated. However, in terms of cleanliness, service and location it is an excellent hotel (if you are ok sleeping on a hard bed). Staff is very helpful. We didn’t try spa or dining so cannot comment here. Location is good: it is not too far from central district yet if you’re driving (we did) you don’t have to drive through the most congested areas. There are a few excellent coffee places nearby. Many places around to eat.

Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Taichung ist etwa 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus oder dem Taiwan Tourist Shuttle erreichen Sie bequem Fengjia und das Regenbogendorf. Im Gegensatz zu den oft beengten japanischen Businesshotels besticht das Hotel durch helle und komfortable Zimmer. Die hellen Holzelemente in Grau-Weiß und die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und schaffen so ein großzügiges und angenehmes Ambiente. Empfohlen für Paare.

Das Hotel liegt 3 Nächte lang, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Familie Mart entfernt, verschiedene Essen und Bushalte. Es ist auch 15 Gehminuten von der Yizhong Street entfernt. Das einzige negative, was ich überhaupt denke, ist, dass Sie in der Badewanne duschen müssen (es gibt keine separate Dusche außerhalb des Badewanne), die für ältere Menschen möglicherweise nicht geeignet ist. Wir haben das entspannte Ambiente des Hotels sehr gern geliebt.

Großes Zimmer mit einem sehr komfortabelen Bett. Große Aussichten, wenn Sie einen hohen Stock bekommen. Würde nochmal reservieren.

Families with kids and elderly book 2 double bed quadruple. Room is clean, bed is.comfortable. kids is happy with the jacuzzi. The location is not convenient but.they.provide shuttle services to and fro feng jia night market. Lucky we have our own driver to go other tourist attractions so is still ok. Overall is a nice stay.

In der Nähe des Hotels befinden sich einige dunkle Lokale, daher sollten Damen abends etwas vorsichtig sein. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, und Essen zum Mitnehmen lässt sich bequem bestellen. Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas ungewöhnliche Anordnung der Toilette; beim Hinsetzen stoßen die Knie an die Duschwand. Die günstige Lage des Hotels und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein großer Pluspunkt! Da es sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs befindet, sind die umliegenden Gebäude recht alt, und es gibt nur wenige offene Parkplätze.
