Hotels in Taichung mit Frühstück

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

Das war meine dritte Zeit hier zu bleiben. Sehr nahe dem Bahnhof & Essenshof in der Nähe. Zimmer ist sauber, aber ziemlich klein und begrenzter Raum, wenn Sie größere Gepäck haben. Allerdings ist das Frühstück lecker und es ist eine gesündere Wahl während unseres Aufenthalts in dieser Runde. Das Servicepersonal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und freundlich. Das Rezeptionspersonal hat sogar das Rekord, das ich vorher geblieben habe. Es gibt auch einen Wartebereich mit Sitze und Tisch für Gäste mit entspannender Musik, die gespielt werden. Ein kleiner Bereich auch für jüngere Kinder. Eine gute Wahl für Hotelunterkünfte, wenn Sie besuchen wollen Taichung.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff were courteous. There is a KFC next to the hotel and a family mart nearby. Outside the hotel ,you can bus no.5 to taichung station. Overall I am very satified with my stay there.

Das Hotelzimmer ist 10 Punkte groß und höchstens 10 Punkte komfortabel. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Motel, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Parkplatz (Garage) unten und die Treppe hinauf zum Zimmer. Wenn Sie sperriges Gepäck haben, achten Sie darauf, nicht meine Zimmerkategorie zu buchen. Es gibt auch andere Zimmerkategorien, die wie Hotelzimmer über Aufzüge erreichbar sind. 

Der Preis und die Größe des Zimmers sind in Ordnung. Sehr nahe dem Lebensmittelmarkt. Wenn das Hotel eine Flasche Wasser und einen Fitnessraum haben kann, wird viel besser.

Das Hotel liegt im Nordbezirk von Taichung, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Einkaufsviertels Yizhong und des Kaufhauses Chung-Yoo. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Taichung ist etwa 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus oder dem Taiwan Tourist Shuttle erreichen Sie bequem Fengjia und das Regenbogendorf. Im Gegensatz zu den oft beengten japanischen Businesshotels besticht das Hotel durch helle und komfortable Zimmer. Die hellen Holzelemente in Grau-Weiß und die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und schaffen so ein großzügiges und angenehmes Ambiente. Empfohlen für Paare.

Großes Zimmer mit einem sehr komfortabelen Bett. Große Aussichten, wenn Sie einen hohen Stock bekommen. Würde nochmal reservieren.

Families with kids and elderly book 2 double bed quadruple. Room is clean, bed is.comfortable. kids is happy with the jacuzzi. The location is not convenient but.they.provide shuttle services to and fro feng jia night market. Lucky we have our own driver to go other tourist attractions so is still ok. Overall is a nice stay.

Das Zimmer und die Toilette sind sehr ordentlich und das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich und höflich. Auch das Morgenbuffet ist köstlich! In der Lobby gibt es auch kostenloses Wasser Was mir am besten gefällt, ist sein Bett, das wirklich extra groß ist und sehr bequem für zwei Personen ist! Empfohlen!
