I had a great stay at R&F Airbnb. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I have stayed here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The consistency in cleanliness and hospitality keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We arrived at 3pm then proceed to check-in take us 45min ….. end up room not ready yet, then we plan to leave our luggage to hotel and go shopping at Midvalley but we have to line up again for 45min just to pass the luggage 😡😡 So, the whole process checkin, leave luggage to hotel ….5 pm we only get the key and walk in the room😮💨. Although we waited 2hr for checkin but I have to give thumbs up for the reception worker👍🏻, they are very polite , patient to explain the whole situation . I hope management will look in to this situation and don’t blame for holidays …many visitors … all these nonsense excuses

Had a fantastic time staying here with friends. The cleanliness of the suites really stood out, and having such great facilities made our trip super comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, making it a perfect base for exploring JB. The staff were also super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be booking this spot again for future trips

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel! Had an add on of the breakfast at promotional price of 78 ringgit per pax and the buffet spread was awesome! The staff are courteous and welcoming, feel very warm each time we bump into them. There’s a pillow menu for you to choose & welcome cookies upon check in (very delicious)! The massage shop in the hotel called Swan Reflex was good and price is comparable with shops outside (had an additional discount for hotel guests). Hotel is about 10mins walk away from CIQ, abit difficult to walk now with the ongoing construction at the surrounding.

1. Have books two rooms with bathtubs via Trip.com but when we checked in at the hotel, we found out that the booking has changed to rooms without bathtubs without informing us. We have paid extra $5 for each room. Please advise. 2. It would be good to have two room cards instead of one card per room.

Location near to ferry terminal,easy access to and from terminal to hotel because both in same building but different level. Ferry terminal at level two. Hotel lobby at level one. Service ok. Breakfast ok many choices But negative points, within and surrounding hotel there are clubs, noisy at night that disturb peace especially if your room is at lower level. Here the clubs n shop in building serve n sell liquor too...saw drunk lady outside hotel at night. Feel uncomfortable. Car park n hotel use different lift so has to ask security guard how to get to hotel lobby after parking at multilevel car park. Quite complicated so need to ask specific directions to hotel lobby from car park . Hotel building not new, but clean, room quite spacious, superb view from room at level 15 overlooking the sea.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!
