"I was downgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because I requested a smoking room, but no refund was offered for the downgrade. I was informed that smoking rooms are only not available in the Deluxe category. This should be stated clearly on the website to avoid misunderstandings during check-in. After the room change, I was first assigned a room that was quite warm. I was then moved to another room, but the TV kept restarting automatically and was not working properly. A technician was sent to troubleshoot the issue, and the entire room change and repair process took more than an hour to resolve. On a positive note, Trip.com made the effort to call me to follow up on the issue and compensated me with Trip Coins for my next booking. I appreciate their prompt customer service and support. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. "This place is really awesome.. i booked studio unit so clean and spacious..big bathroom..i expected a Seaview but only got cityview ..thats ok but what I got so confused is checking in process.. no prior message in trip.com on how to check in .. so many blocks there ..so confusing ..i message the property from trip.com its replied the is hotel reception 9 am to 9 pm ..but nothing there .. its self check in ..after I call the WhatsApp number then only they send the instructions which is also not so easy to find because there are so many buildings.. its so frustrating to find the parking lot too .. instructions again not so clear .. shd tell the color zone and number on the pillar would have been so easy to find the parking lot instead of just gv the lot number.. but I completely no complain about the unit .. could improve on check in procedure"
