I slept exceptionally well. Very comfortable mattress. The suites are nice with the murphy beds in the living area, however when you pull it down it is very hard to walk through the room. I would suggest that they have something to help keep the bedroom doors open because my silly child wouldn't stop playing with them. Be advised, if you are a hilton team member you now have to check in at the front desk in person so that they can see your ID before they'll release your digital key. I was a bit frustrated that even though check in was at 4pm and I arrived at 4:30pm my room still wasn't ready and I had two tired toddlers in the car. The bellcarts don't work well so don't waste your time. Also, I had requested via the app chat several times a crib or pack in play and got no response. I then called the front desk, an hour later, nothing, once the housekeeper did arrive, she only had sheets and had to use her translate app on her phone to understand what I needed. The waffles at breakfast are good. This is a great location right off the interstate close to shopping and the morton arboretum. I feel like their front desk could use some additional training on how to be warm and inviting.
