"A Serene Escape at Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi My stay at Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi was nothing short of surreal. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the astonishing landscape that perfectly blends nature’s beauty with the resort’s thoughtfully designed spaces. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the breathtaking sunset views from different vantage points—the restaurant, lake view rooms, and the hotel’s façade all offered a picture-perfect backdrop as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in warm hues. The breakfast was delightful, and every dish served at the restaurant (Inlaya Bar and Grill) was sumptuous, showcasing rich flavors that complemented the serene ambiance. The Krathom Café provided yet another stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. While the food at the café was excellent, there is still room for improvement when it comes to their drinks. However, one area that could be improved in Inlaya Resort is the housekeeping etiquette. During my stay, a housekeeper tried to enter my room using their keycard without knocking or confirming if I wanted my room to be cleaned. It scared me! 😅 While she apologized upon realizing someone was inside, it would be much better if staff ensured guests’ privacy by KNOCKING first and asking for permission before entering. 🙏 Overall, Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi is a hidden gem—a place where nature, comfort, and culinary delights come together to create an unforgettable retreat. With a little attention to detail in service, it would be even more exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Thailand."

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Ich war in der kühleren Jahreszeit dort, daher waren die Zimmer nicht schallisoliert; man konnte Geräusche von draußen hören, was mich aber nicht weiter störte. Insgesamt hat mir die Atmosphäre sehr gut gefallen. Der Reisbrei zum Frühstück war köstlich und schön angerichtet."

"Lassen Sie uns mit dem positiven beginnen: das Personal ist sehr nett wie je nach Thailand allgemeine Erfahrung. Zimmer war sauber, keine Sorge. Frühstück ist nett. Aber wir waren nicht glücklich. Der Pool hatte schlechten Geruch aus Sonnen in der Nachbarstraße. Es war unbehaglich, dort Zeit zu verbringen. Am letzten Abend begann die A/C so viel zu drippen, dass wir das Zimmer in der Nähe von Mitternacht wechseln mussten. 2 Etagen oben gingen zu einem ähnlichen Zimmer, das war warm um 33 Grad. Das Front Desk verweigerte eine Ausgleichszahlung für diese schlechte Erfahrung, behauptete, wir hätten den Vorteil einer Upgrade!! TRIP.COM war schön genug, um eine anständige Ausgleichszahlung in Münzen anzubieten. Wir hatten 1 Abendessen im River Restaurant. Es war OK, nicht mehr als das."
