Our room was on 12th floor...there were some smell in the room ...room landline was not working ...after complaining about the same the guy told us that everyone's landline was not working ...we also told him that the room was so smelly plz give us some other room or room on lower floor...he firstly told us that it is not allowed to change the room after that He told us the the building is totally booked as we know that C building was not full..only few rooms are full at that time ....next is bathroom condition was very poor...attached pics herewith ....kitchen washbasin n tap was rusty n fungi ...also there were some cockroaches in the room ...AC in one bedroom was leakage even the AC remotes are not working......the curtains was so dirty ....

These are service apartments and not a hotel. The house keeping and cleanliness is not up to the mark, but still the management try's to keep the place tidy and I strongly suggest them to work on the cleanliness part and this was the only issue I found there. During my stay I told the house keeping staff to clean the rooms and bathroom properly and they did ensure it was done in a neat and tidy manner. Otherwise the property is great and it's in the outskirts of Surat and very close to the airport. They also have huge parking space and restaurant does provide decent and good food.
