Nice and Clean Rooms, Staff is very co-operative, Location is very near to Railway station. Easily available transportation. Reception Manager is so Friendly take care of everything. Greate with smile everytime when u come in or out of hotel. Very comfortable stay here. Highly recommended.

Gaurav und Taukir halfen mir wirklich mit einem reibungslosen Check-in und anderen Einrichtungen während meines Aufenthalts. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nett. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels wurden wie Fitness, Spa, Schwimmbad und Spielzone gut gepflegt. Die Hauspflege war geeignet und half uns mit allen Bedürfnissen

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.

Hospitality of Staff is appreciable , Taste of Food i.e. Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner is Very Nice. Restaurent Manager with Entire Staff offers Nice Services General Manager of Surat Mrs Neeta takes care of Guests which is highly Appreciated. In short All Hotel executives and Staff take care or look after Guests Nice way.

One of the few good hotels in surat. The staff is very courteous and rooms are clean with full glass mirrors. Rooms are spacious also they have a banquet hall which can be used for events. Definitely worth the money.

Staying at Ginger was a nice experience Staff Sujata,phoolmani, vishnu and kalawati was very supportive and their service in restaurant was superb with their polite and customer centric behaviour. Whatever was asked by me was made available at the restaurant. Staff behaviour was the best.

It was amazing stay and comfortable stay. Housekeeping service is good and they are very helpful In room dinning service is good and fast as we ordered food that was very taste. About the restaurant food it was also good but service should be fast otherwise all good. Our check in checkout process was very smooth and good as we did not face any problem in it also they gave very comfortable room to us. Massage handling was very good we got everything we wanted. Staff are very helpful calm and welcoming Radhika Devangi Anju were cute and sweet. Thanks to Mr. Giriraj Duty Manager he is very good person who helped and checked our stay and everything really feel like home.
