Hotels in SANTA ROSA mit Pool

Visiting family and wanted to stay in Sonoma. Everything was so expensive, I found this BW in Santa Rosa. I used points to get a cheaper rate. Joel looks like it was a very nice motel back in the day. Larger than expected. Our room was in the back, and was clean and updated. It was fine for our overnight stay. Room had a smell when we walked in and had to open slider for fresh air. We discovered a little potion that overlooks pool. I was disappointed we hadn’t arrived earlier so we could sit out there. There were two lotion bottles, and one was half empty. Must of been left from previous guest. That kind of upset my husband.

Das Hotel überschritt wirklich alle meine Erwartungen. Nach der Ankunft wurde ich von der aufmerksamen Mitarbeiterin, die außergewöhnlich freundlich und professionell waren, warm gegrüßt. Sie haben einen guten kleinen Pool, wo wir Zeit verbringen können.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es ist sehr praktisch, zum Weingut Sonoma zu gehen, es gibt einen Parkplatz für 10 US-Dollar, der Pool und der beheizte Pool sind großartig, die Temperatur des Außenpools im Dezember ist überhaupt nicht kalt?

Das schlimmste Hotel je ... Ich buchte ein Zimmer durch *********** und stornierte meine Reservierung weniger als 15 Minuten später. Motel 6 hatte bereits meine Karte geladen und die Reservierung am Ende nie storniert, so dass sie mir die $200 geladen konnten. Als ich mit dem Manager gesprochen habe, versichert er mir, dass sie alles getan haben, was notwendig ist, um meine Erstattung zu erleichtern ... nie passiert ist. Nicht zu erwähnen, ich musste das Hotel 4 oder 5 Mal anrufen und meine Nummer für einen Rückruf vom Manager, der nie passiert ist, hinterlassen. Der Manager sagte auch etwas, wie ich ein Zimmer reserviert, das nicht zurückerstattet werden konnte, obwohl es auf der Buchungsannullierungspolizei sagte, dass ich für eine Nacht gezahlt werden und den Rest meines Geldes zurückerstattet, nachdem das Hotel mir sagte, dass sie meinen Gesamtbetrag zurückerstatten würden. So viel unnötiges Unglück für etwas soooo einfach. Erstatten Sie einfach mein Geld ... Es ist 2 Wochen gewesen und ich habe nichts bekommen, aber Stress versuchen, alles zu arbeiten. Ich war auch hier einmal zuvor und ihre Zimmer waren stinkend, Trinkmaschinen funktionierten nicht, das Personal war überhaupt nicht sehr hilfreich, Fehler auf der Wand, und eine Menge von Tweaker-Typen hängen um.

Country Inn in Santa Rosa liegt nur eine 10-minütige Fahrt von Graton Resort and Casino und Harvest Dog Park entfernt. Booked here last minute when we were not able to stay with family as planned. All the staff were extremely helpful and empathetic - we ended up really enjoying our stay here, even though it started as an emergency back-up plan. After a 12 hour flight and 2+ hour bus ride from SFO, the hotel shuttle picked us up at Sonoma Cty airport (driver Carlos was prompt and helpful with the bags). We were greeted at the front desk by Sandra and would like to praise her for her empathy and care. We were very tired and stressed out and she made us feel calm and welcome. The manager Erin was also extra helpful during our stay, asking if there was anything she could do to help us out. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and spacious. Although the decor is a little bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained. We slept well and were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered a nice breakfast (thanks also to the attentive breakfast attendant and friendly chef who were pleasant even at 6:30am), with either a buffet or cooked-to-order options. The food was above our expectations and there was plenty to choose from. They also offer lunch, dinner and drinks which is handy as there is not too much in the immediate area. There's also a convenience shop on premises for snacks as well as a free coffee/tea station. The area is quiet (office park and movie theater next door) and we didn't hear any noise from the airport. The free parking is well-lit and directly in front of the hotel. We didn't have a car for the first couple of days, but were able to get into downtown Santa Rosa using the SMART train. The station is only about 10 mins walk away and it's very cheap and convenient to get to Santa Rosa or Petaluma among other places. We really appreciated being able to get around without a car and were happy to have SMART as an option. Other plus points at this hotel are the well-equipped business center with printers, which helped us with the reorganization of our disrupted trip. There's also an indoor pool and a small but nice gym. It's really a full service hotel with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. Finally, I really would like to once again commend the staff - everyone we dealt with at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated this!! Thanks and keep up the good work!

Wir hatten einen so wunderbaren Aufenthalt und Erfahrung im Flamingo Von der Eincheckung bis zur Auscheckung alle tun so hilfreich . Wir hatten ein schönes Frühstück in ihrem Speisezimmer und beide Wächter saure Suppe aufmerksam Das Essen war fantastisch. Dekoration und Atmosphäre war Top-Notch Ich werde hier sicher wieder bleiben.

My daughter and I were on a girls trip. We were going to Occidental for the event, but I wanted to stay somewhere that I could meet college friends easily as well. Found the Sandman and originally booked because we generally like boutique hotels! When I booked back in March of 2024, breakfast was included. Get to the hotel and find out that it no longer is. Guests have to purchase a $10 per person, per morning voucher for breakfast. I know it is extra effort, but it would have been courteous of the hotel to notify guests that booked prior to it being canceled. We also tried to enjoy the pool and hot tub but it was packed. We were able to get in and tried to relax a bit in the hot tub. Kids were in there shooting each other with water guns! I know the hotel has no control over what parents do, but some of the things happening at the pool just seemed very unsafe. The rooms were nice, but definitely not what was paid.

Große Lage - direkt am Autobahn. Genau in der Nähe von Costco und anderen Geschäften. Wir hatten kein Frühstück oder den Pool, aber es war schön, diese einzubeziehen, wenn wir wollten. Ruhig, Zimmer war schön und sauber; wie in den Fotos gezeigt. Der Dusch war ein Schritt in, was wir mögen. Wasserdruck war ok, aber viele heißes Wasser. Wir wurden 10 Dollar für Parkplätze bezahlt, was gut war, aber das Los füllt sehr schnell und scheint nicht, dass niemand das Los überwacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren angemessen freundlich; sie sagten dir nicht wirklich hi, wenn du ins Haus gehst, aber wir sind hilfreich, wenn du etwas brauchst. Insgesamt würden wir wieder bleiben.
