The Gardenia Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. They offered a delightful breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide array of cuisines to cater to guests from diverse backgrounds, ensuring there was something to please everyone. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. My only minor critique would be the lack of a vanity in the bathroom, which made it slightly inconvenient for organizing personal items. The wifi worked great. The common areas were stylishly appointed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the hotel's location was a bit distant from the main attractions, requiring at least a 30-minute walk to reach many points of interest. Despite this, the serene ambiance and top-notch service at Gardenia Boutique Hôtel made it a standout choice for those seeking comfort and hospitality

I am a tour guide. I came with a group of 32 people. Due to the incompetence of the desk receptionist, when one room was listed as two separate rooms, the other was simply forgotten. Two of my clients had to wait for two hours for their room. when discussing the issue with the hotel management/ owner Instead of dealing with the situation and trying to help my clients, the only available venue was being rude to me and my clients. I have been working as a guide for 30 years, guiding and arranging groups and itineraries. I have never ever encountered such outrageous behavior. beware!

The Gardenia has met its goal of service, comfort, location, and style. From a satisfying breakfast (yogurt, eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, pastries, etc. that lasts until 10:30) to comfortable, quiet rooms with black out curtains - this is an excellent choice to be close to many cafes, restaurants, and businesses. A ten minute walk from the urban forest, close to the rail line, and a short taxi from the train. The staff could not be more helpful or pleasant and the room was updated and clean. WiFi is readily available in all parts of the hotel. I only wish I knew about the adorable terrace sooner - a perfect combination of sun and shade. I will definitely recommend Gardenia to friends traveling to Rabat!

Pour les familles en visite à Rabat, il n'y a que cet hôtel qui pourrait bien leur convenir. Tout y est irréprochable. L'hygiène et la propreté sont remarquables. Le service, toujours avec le sourire, depuis l'accueil jusqu'au restaurant voire même jusqu'à votre chambre est parfait. On est vraiment tombés amoureux de cet hôtel. On le conseille vivement à tous nos amis et à tous ceux qui se déplacent en famille. Même la restauration y est excellente. On a vraiment pas à chercher un restaurant ailleurs en ville.

Nous avions réservé une chambre sur booking pour 3 nuits (5000 dirhams). Cette chambre composée d’un lit double et d’un canapé lit convertible pouvait tout à fait nous accueillir nous et nos deux jeunes enfants. Arrivés à la réception, l’hôtesse a contacté son manager qui n’a pas souhaité nous parler et il nous a été demandé de rajouter presque 4000 dirhams en plus pour ajouter une chambre attenante, chose que nous n’avions jamais demandé. La seconde option proposée était d’annuler la réservation. J’ai demandé à parler au manager, refusant catégoriquement de nous faire « raquetter » de la sorte ! le manager n’était visiblement pas disposer à trouver une solution, finissant sa journée à 17h ! Aucune option plus convenable ne nous a été proposée, nous étions prêts à payer un peu plus mais nous refusions de nous faire littéralement voler ! Nous avons finalement décidé de passer notre route . A bon entendeur !

Après une réunion de travail dans un environnement professionnel au niveau (salle, équipement), nous avons déjeuné au restaurant de l'hôtel. Les menus proposés étaient variés répondant aux goûts de plus d'une vingtaine d'amis. Les salades aussi bien que les entrées chaudes et froides étaient goûteuses à souhait et les plats et leurs accompagnements étaient tant en quantité que qualité tout justes bien préparés et présentés. Je ne m'attarderai pas sur les desserts: les gourmands manifestes et les plus raisonnables d'entre nous ont trouvé le plaisir recherché. Le personnel jeune mais attentionné, souriant et professionnel supervisé par l'adorable Samar a rajouté une touche agréable aux moments passés. En un mot comme en cent, le restaurant du Gardenia vaut le détour et pour nous sûrement le retour.

il prezzo mi sembra un alto per essere un tre stelle. non lo ritengo un boutique hotel ma un buon hotel standard di 3 stelle. ottimo wifi. prima colazione abbondante ma non eccezionale. un pò lontano dalla zona del porto e dalla medina.
