設施：攜程上圖片和實際房間不符，設施陳舊，房間不了不透氣，潮濕，有蟑螂！房間不隔音，門鎖的螺絲是壞的，門鎖鬆動，進房間之前門沒關上。
衞生：床鋪上發現毛絮和頭髮，另外床單有大大的補丁裏面，房間很多，像迷宮，很繞，晚上樓下酒吧聲音能聽到，早上不知道哪裡的咚咚咚的聲音，房間外的聲音一清二楚。我們定的兩間帶窗户的房間，結果問前台也確定説有窗户，説給我們升級的有窗户，結果窗户是不能開的“玻璃牆”，窗户外面還是商場內部走廊！另外房間不提供無線網，沒有前台電話，很不方便！
服務：送了停車券，但是樓下停車位不太好找。入住當天和前台反映了門鎖的問題，前台也安排人去房間查看，雖然當天晚上沒修好，但是服務不錯。"
