Ruhig und verkehrsgünstig gelegen, ganz in der Nähe des Geschäftsviertels und nicht weit von der CAT-Station entfernt. In dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, waren vom vorherigen Gast Essensreste im Kühlschrank zurückgeblieben und nicht aufgeräumt worden, was keine schöne Erfahrung war. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten und die Auswahl ändert sich nie. Ich konnte es zwei Tage hintereinander nicht essen.

Große Lage. Gehweite zum Fährbahnhof, Kinderspielplatz, schöne Restaurants. Allerdings ein wenig enttäuscht über diesen Ritz. Wir haben 5 Nächte geblieben. Ich war verärgert von der Hausbetreuung, dass meine persönlichen Sachen jeden Tag umgezogen wurden. Das Bettblatt war schmutzig. Überbelastet die BF (Stattdessen war BF). In der Regel war es OK, aber nicht so gut wie der andere Ritz Carlton, den wir vorher verblieben hatten.

Wir blieben als Familie mit einem 2-jährigen Alter. Ich würde das nicht als 5-Sterne, vielleicht mehr als 4-Sterne betrachten. Als wir spät in der Nacht kamen, müde von einer langen Fahrt, gab es keinen Kelljungen, um uns mit Gepäck direkt ins Zimmer zu helfen, und es war schwierig, es mit einem Kind in den Zug. Aber eines unserer Taschen brach und das Personal half uns einen Taschen aus ihrem Geschäft zu holen. Auch keine Zahnbürste wurde bei der Kontrolle am Tag angeboten und wir erkannten am nächsten Tag nur, dass es zu beantragen ist, ernsthaft, dies ist eine sehr grundlegende Notwendigkeit, zumindest für den ersten Tag zu haben. Die Dekoration war für klassisch, aber wir fanden sie ein bisschen dunkel. Der schlimmste Teil war das Bett war zu weich und schluckte in, ich hatte einen Rückenschrank in den nächsten Tagen. :( Auf positivem Hinweis war das Bad riesig, die Toilette war geräumig mit 2 Badewanne! Mein Kind genossen das Bad. Auch sie bereiteten die Cot in dem Zimmer, als wir ankamen, und ich war sehr zufrieden. Am nächsten Tag habe ich einen Hochstuhl gefragt und es war rechtzeitig in unserem Zimmer, als wir zurückkamen. Das Personal war insgesamt responsiv. Das Frühstück war auch Ala carte, nicht ein Buffet, aber es war schön gekocht - aber sie bieten kein Kindermenü. Die Lage ist nahe an den Einkaufen von cbd, aber beachten Sie, Parkplätze auf Hay Street hat Tages-/Stundengebühren, die Sie an den Wert Ihres Aufenthalts zu beeinflussen. Die meisten Geschäfte schließen früh um 5 Uhr, wenn wir von unseren Tagesreisen zurückgekommen sind. Insgesamt war dieses Hotel mehr für Paare oder Geschäftsreisen und nicht so kind/familiär Freund, aber das ist nur meine Meinung!

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown. The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Located near the Perth CBD. 7 min walk from Perth Underground. Very accessible and convenient. Nearby convenience stores, restaurants and bus stops. Room is kept clean everyday. The hotel also has a cafe where you can chill and enjoy the pool. Downside the hotel does mot provide toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver but not to worry you can get them at the nearby convenience stores. Really enjoyed my stay there for 6D5N. Great ambience and service.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room. The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Perths erste Nacht sah alt aus und war nicht alt, und es war sehr Designstil. Das Haus ist groß, wie ein Suite, die Fenster haben eine Terrasse, die Stadt sauber und die Straßenlandschaft ist gut. Unterhalb der ＂ Große Ost ＂ Restaurant Long Zhuang ist lecker. 16 Grad außerhalb des Regenraums, im Inneren wegen der großen Fenster, kalt.

Service was super good, they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary :”) thank you to the staff who prepared this lovely surprise! Room was really big and bed was comfortable, however some parts (in the toilet) could be cleaner. Overall still a grand and lovely stay and super value for money!

this is a relax space for slowing down life speed. good environment although there is not much facility but the atmosphere is good to rest and reset body. there is a restaurant provides food daily without going far away in good price and quality. comfortable bed inside room and tidy. a coffee machine with free coffee for guests is warmly welcomed. highly recommended and considered will come again with my family.

Das Fraser Suits liegt circa 1km vom richtigen Stadtzentrum entfernt, allerdings fährt der kostenlose Bus direkt vor der Tür in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine gute Auswahl, leider eine nicht so gute Auswahl an veganen Alternativen. Aber Avocado wurde uns frisch aufgeschnitten und es gab veganes Brot und einen super Chia-Kokosnuss Joghurt. Zimmer wurden nur nach Wunsch gereinigt, was uns aber niemand gesagt hat.

Facilities of the hotel is excellent, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was well designed and good for photos. Cleanliness of the hotel is yet to be improved, there was a piece of chicken meat left in the sink until the water flushed it out, and some black molds sticked on the wall and floor in the bathroom. This was not expected for a six stars hotel. The view of Swan River is perfect at the rooms we stayed.
