The Shaurya

The experience at the property was terrible. There is no hot water availability in the rooms. We had to continuously call lobby for hot water and they kept giving excuses, however it never became available. They gave us the cheaper rooms even though we had booked the higher ones. The staff and the manager at front desk was not helpful. I accidentally left my keys at breakfast came back in 2 minutes and it was gone. And the staff refused to help with a new key. They even had the audacity to tell me that i must have kept it somewhere when it was literally just at the table 2 minutes ago. Overall really bad experience, will not recommend at all.

I need to request minimum 2 times for wifi. No hot / warm water to take bath. When we asked for help, they said will be sending warm water bucket. After waiting for 30 min, when i called up at room service, they says we dont have buckets. Breakfast is even more terrible. Asking for omlette, i called up guy 3-4 times and than i got my half baked dish after 45 minutes.

Too good staff is so humble five star room was so clean and good i will love to visit there again soon

It’s in a good location near the gurudwara. Poor maintenance of the property. Low on staff at the restaurant. The bed was sinking.

Toilet shower was not working properly. Room has some smell. Item availability in breakfast was too less
