"Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel, das ganz in der Nähe liegt, dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Es ist auch sehr praktisch, überall ein Taxi zu nehmen. Der Eingang ist sehr belebt und es herrscht reges Treiben. Unten gibt es KFC und in der Nähe gibt es viele Speisen und Getränke. Das Hotelzimmer ist schön, groß und sauber, aber meine Matratze ist nicht sehr gut und klappert laut. Vielleicht sind dort zu viele junge Paare. Das Frühstück endete um 10 Uhr, aber um 9:15 Uhr begann ich mit dem Aufräumen, aber viele Dinge waren weg, einschließlich der Rindfleischnudeln, die ich schweigend aß sehr salzig. "Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning.
There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store.
I really liked the 2 paintings in the room.

Der Preis von 98 pro Person für das Abendessen steht in krassem Gegensatz zur Qualität! Zu viel halbgebackenes Frühstück! Es gibt keine Latexkissen für Kissen! Ich habe den Mann gefragt, der mir eine Buchweizentüte gebracht hat, aber er hat nicht einmal einen Kissenbezug darauf gelegt! Ich habe keine Fotos gemacht, weil ich zu müde war! Ich hoffe, dass der Verantwortliche der jeweiligen Abteilung einen Blick darauf wirft! Wer hat das Zimmer gereinigt?"

"What a surprise. I cancelled two other bookings to choose this hotel. And you should do the same. This hotel will meet all your needs for visiting Xining. I can see that this hotel gets top marks for customer service. Location, facilities, very clean, all 5 out of 5. The breakfast buffet serves healthy food, there were not a lot of items, but it's on a quality scale. Xining is a beautiful city and so are their local citizens. Top attractions the temple and the wildlife zoo, are not to be missed. Because there is a big variance of 20 degrees from day to night, the hotel room does get hot in the afternoon, that is the nature of the northwest of China. Hotel will provide a fan to cool down the room.. I will be back to Xining and this hotel."

GGastnutzerIch habe zwei Dinge zu sagen. Ich bin so wütend, dass ich meine wahren Gefühle nicht ausdrücken kann. Erstens funktionierte die Klimaanlage von unserem Check-in gestern bis etwa 21:40 Uhr nicht. Wir gingen viermal zur Rezeption und die Wartungsmitarbeiter wechselten mehrmals. Schließlich war es fast 22 Uhr und wir hatten keine andere Wahl, als unsere Kinder runterzuschicken und zu fragen, und sie sagten, sie funktionierte nicht. Hätten sie uns nicht sagen sollen, wenn sie nicht funktionierte? Hätten wir ewig warten müssen, wenn sie nicht gefragt hätten? Wir warteten außerdem die ganze Zeit im Zimmer auf die Wartungsmitarbeiter. Wir hatten keine andere Wahl, als Tür und Fenster zu öffnen. Gegen 23 Uhr sank der Temperaturunterschied. Von unserem Check-out bis jetzt hat uns niemand eine Erklärung gegeben, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Zweitens, wie lautet Ihre Regel bezüglich des kostenlosen Parkens für 12 Stunden? Überlegen Sie mal, ist das vernünftig? Wenn Sie es sich nicht leisten können, blamieren Sie sich nicht. Selbst wenn Sie um 14 Uhr einchecken, sind es 12 Stunden. Sollten Sie also nicht um 2 Uhr morgens auschecken? Sollten Sie nicht nur den halben Zimmerpreis verlangen? Freunde, die bald Xining besuchen möchten, vermeiden Sie bitte diese Falle.

It's astounding how bad the air conditioning was. It ran for hours are barely lower the tempterature. It never got below 25 Celsius. I arrived and the room was hot. The windows barely open. After hours of running the air conditioning, which is rather noisy, I gave up.
The staff was great. And room was otherwise good. But at this price, and positioning itself as a top hotel, useless air conditioning in hot weather (and it wasn't even the hottest time of year) is not acceptable.

GGastnutzerDie Lobbydekoration ist etwas alt, aber beim Betreten des Zimmers herrscht keine Unzufriedenheit. Ganz zu schweigen vom Bett und den Kissen, sie dienen zum Schlafen und sind sehr bequem. Bei den Sanitärartikeln handelt es sich um einen Canon-Toilettensitz, der super einfach zu bedienen ist! Das Layout ist sehr modern und die Spiegelscheinwerfer sind schön! Worüber ich mich beschweren möchte, ist der Aufzug. Ich frage mich, warum die Lichter nicht leuchten. Ich konnte die Knöpfe nicht deutlich sehen und es lief ständig ein Zeichentrickfilm. Die Musik war sehr plötzlich und beängstigend.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Als ich am Schalter eincheckte, wurde mir plötzlich klar, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelte, das einer Lebensmittelmarkengruppe gehörte, als ich das Wangzai Wawa-Logo sah. Neben der Thekenlobby mit hohen Decken, Business-Zimmertypen und großen Badewannen in den Badezimmern traditioneller Sternehotels ist auch die Innen- und Außendekoration der Zimmer sehr charakteristisch für die Gruppe. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und bieten kostenlose Snacks und von der Gruppe gebrandete Luftsterilisatoren. Der Standort ist mit dem Bus etwa 30 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof entfernt. Daneben befinden sich die Fußgängerzone in der Innenstadt, die Food Street und der Busbahnhof. Eine Flughafenbushaltestelle liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt, was das Leben und den Transport sehr bequem macht.

DDushuhuanzheDas Zimmer ist groß, der Wohnraum ist komfortabel, die Erdwärme ist zu hoch und es fühlt sich besonders heiß. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Der Service des Hotels ist gut, die Rezeption ist im 21. Stock, das Frühstück im fünften Stock, das Frühstück ist immer noch gut, viele Arten und der Geschmack ist gut. Untergrund kann kostenlos parken. Sehr nahe der Station, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Flughafen fahren ist es auch etwa 30 Minuten.

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.
