Service is not good. Price they asked is not justified for amenities. Food quality is also below average..

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and they had to be the worst three nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Just for background I have been a regular user of this hotel and I have noticed that with every stay the standards drop, on this occasion they hit an all time low. The room we were given had a terrible smell and the stench from the bathroom was so bad that I had to complain at reception, they sent a chap armed with a can of air freshener which made the smell even worse . As we had just arrived from a long flight and were really exhausted I put up with the foul smell for the night and would complain in the morning . In the middle of the night my wife woke me up when she notice a lot of noise coming out by the ceiling near the headboard of the bed which lasted a few minutes, when we looked around we noticed yellow pieces of cardboard stuck down to keep out rats from entering the room as confirmed by housekeeping the next morning . From that moment onwards we couldn’t sleep fearing that these rats may in fact enter our room . In the morning I complained at the reception desk who sent someone to look at the room and confirm our fears and was transferred to another room after a three hour wait . The second room didn’t have the smell of a public toilet like the first one but I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom . In the morning as I was showering one of these must have somehow crept onto the towel and as I was drying myself jumped onto my body , this was the most horrific feeling I have ever experienced. The property had a short circuit and had to be without ac for around 20mins hence had to check out at around 3:30am and stayed at a different location not worth my stay. I did not click any images as they was no lights there

The room. Given was great but the flush was not in working condition on a change in room we got another room whr the ac wasn't cooking. However we requested to get the old room back which was done over time. The staff managed well but it would be great if the maintainance is checked. We got everything sorted and had a peaceful stay. Thanks to team

A great overall stay. Nice staff and pretty decent rooms food is okayish but i’ll prefer this as it’s cheap
