Das Restaurantpersonal des Hotels war sehr langsam und unprofessionell. Die Zimmerpreise änderten sich so schnell und stiegen so schnell, als wir für einen anderen Tag buchen wollten! Alles war gut!

Das Hotel liegt im Chembur mit leichter Marktzugang, Auto, Bahnhof usw. Zimmer war sauber. Allerdings sind Korridore / Teller speziell in Richtung Zimmer mit Zigarettengeräusche gefüllt. Schmaler Durchgang, unterhalb der durchschnittlichen Lebensmittelqualität (Frühstück, Toiletten waren nicht bereitgestellt und musste es beantragen. Türverriegelungen gewiss erhöhten Sicherheitsbedenken und Personal war nicht bequem. Sicherlich nicht empfohlen für einzelne Frauen Reisende.

Property is excellent, food is fine and reasonably priced but the new staff are badly under-trained. If not somewhat rude unintentional. For them it the the process in the hotel that is god and not the guest to quote bike oberoi. Come and stay here is is great.

The service at Westin Mumbai was exceptional. Nicht schlecht, obwohl das Einzelzimmer recht klein ist, aber es ist akzeptabel, alleine zu leben. Im Voraus bezahlte, unklimatisierte Taxis vom Flughafen kosten etwa 660 + 70 (Maut, ich weiß nicht, ob es entkernt war). Vom Hotel aus beträgt die Uber zum Flughafen 500 + 20 (Trinkgeld). Ich habe nie den Haupteingang dieses Hotels gefunden. Sie kamen alle aus dem Flur des Trident Hotels nebenan. Erst am Tag der Abreise befand sich der Haupteingang des Hotels im negativen ersten Stock! Außerhalb des Hotels liegt ”Yuebanwan”, das nachts sehr belebt ist. Wenn die Luft gut ist, können Sie immer noch laufen. Gehen Sie etwa 20 Minuten zum India Gate, alle Arten von Lärm auf der Straße. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hotels, aber es gibt Starbucks und McDonalds und es gibt auch ein Kino. Hotelfrühstück ist noch gut, à la carte + kleines Buffet, Service ist gut.

no shuttle to airport. And i asked staff to call taxi for me but they called their hotel car without my consent

It was a good stay the staff is wonderful helpful soft-spoken the breakfast includes alot of variety. The food is tasty specially dinner. Only drawback that the rooms are extremely small u dont get a proper space to keep your suitcase.
