Absolutely amazing place and room. Not everyone speaks English but it was easy enough to communicate via wechat with them and the inbuilt translate function. The place is a little hard to find but only because I arrived at 2am and it was dark. But this shouldn’t be an issue if you come at a reasonable daylight hour. The place is also already within the World Horti Expo so you can just head out and explore during your stay. Service was amazing; I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered perfectly for it for breakfast, asking exactly what I cannot take and customizing breakfast to be suitable. Loved every second of my stay here and have been recommending it non-stop to my friends who may be going to Kunming.

Dieser Aufenthalt war großartig! Das Hotel ist stilvoll gestaltet und Sie spüren die warme Atmosphäre, sobald Sie die Tür betreten. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Bettwäsche war weich und bequem und ich habe gut geschlafen. Im Zimmer gab es außerdem Mundwasser mit Gummibändern und Tücher zum Abschminken. Ich liebe das Design der raumhohen Fenster. Das Sonnenlicht scheint am frühen Morgen herein und es ist so angenehm, beim Kaffeetrinken die schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt zu genießen! Außerdem endet die Frühstückszeit im Hotel um 13:00 Uhr, was für faule Leute wie mich sehr angenehm ist 🤭. Außerdem gibt es beim Auschecken Blumentorten als Geschenk 😊. Qualität spiegelt sich in jedem Detail wider. Das Badezimmer ist in Nass- und Trockenbereiche unterteilt, die Toilettenartikel sind von hochwertigen Marken und sogar der Haartrockner ist von Dyson! Der Reinigungsservice von Li Na war sorgfältig und aufmerksam. Sie war vom Check-in bis zum Mitternachtssnack im Restaurant herzlich und höflich. Ich werde diesen Ort bei meiner nächsten Reise auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. Ich kann es meinen Freunden nur wärmstens empfehlen~

10 Punkte, 10 Punkte Zufriedenheit. Der Service der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist wirklich gut, besser als in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Sauber und hygienisch, und die Umgebung gefällt mir. Exquisite Nachmittagsteepause: Der Kuchen ist köstlich, eingepackt und im Auto gegessen, was die Stimmung an einem regnerischen Tag aufhellt. Klangschalentherapie: Es war großartig, sie abends zu erleben. Darüber hinaus befindet sich ein Park – die beste Wahl für den nächsten Besuch in Kunming.

Wir hatten einen sehr zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen und 2 Nächten, der das neue Jahr umfasste, und erlebten eine lebhafte Atmosphäre in der Dianchi Town (Outlet). Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, direkt am Wangfujing Outlet im Convention and Exhibition Center, was Essen und Einkaufen sehr praktisch macht. Was das Hotel selbst betrifft, so war der Service insgesamt hervorragend; das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und verantwortungsbewusst. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und einzigartig eingerichtet. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht eine riesige Auswahl bot, war die Qualität jedes Gerichts sehr gut. Das Mittagessen war ein festes Menü pro Person, das recht lecker war. Ein kleiner Vorschlag: Da sich das Hotel im dritten Stock eines Einkaufszentrums befindet, ist es für Erstbesucher wirklich schwer zu finden. Obwohl das Hotel am Eingang eines unterirdischen Parkplatzes auf dem Platz ein Schild aufgestellt hat (siehe Bild), konnten Taxis und Ride-Sharing-Dienste es nicht genau lokalisieren. Wäre es möglich, ein größeres und auffälligeres Schild anzubringen? Beim ersten Mal musste ich das Hotel 10 Minuten lang suchen, da ich etwa 20 Meter entfernt parken musste, um den Aufzug zu finden (da Navigationssysteme die Stockwerke nicht genau unterscheiden können). Auch bei den späteren Taxifahrten setzte kein Fahrer uns direkt am Eingang ab.

Der Service ist herzlich und aufmerksam und die Umgebung ist komfortabel und sauber. Toilettenartikel und Hausschuhe werden für Kinder im Voraus vorbereitet. Der Cuihu-Park, der Armee-Hörsaal, das Museum der Generalversammlung der Vereinten Nationen, die Nanping Old Street, das Yunnan Impression Theatre und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur 1 bis 2 Kilometer entfernt, sodass Sie bequem reisen können.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. One of the best hotel for us on the way to Beijing. The hospitality is really fantastic and staffs are very friendly. I’ll suggest this hotel for any of my friends plan to visit Kunming. Very nice place for tourist. Very good restaurants around this hotel with fantastic food.

We are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

Das Hotel ist großartig. Ich habe dort ein paar Tage verbracht. Die verschiedenen Zimmertypen haben unterschiedliche Designs. Sie haben alle große Vorsprünge und große französische Fenster. Das Hotel liegt in einem hohen Stockwerk mit einer guten Aussicht. Unten gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum mit Snacks, das sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen und Essen ist. Die umliegende U-Bahn-Station ist auch ganz in der Nähe und bequem zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer ist in Trocken- und Nassbereiche unterteilt und es gibt eine intelligente Toilette. Das Zimmer ist mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Teebeuteln und Teeservice ausgestattet. Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Servicepersonal war sehr enthusiastisch. Das Frühstück im Hotel war einfach, aber köstlich. Das Hotel ist eine halbe Stunde vom Südbahnhof Kunming entfernt. Ich werde in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn ich in Kunming ankomme. Ich empfehle es meinen Freunden

Das Hotel war sehr teuer im Vergleich zur Größe des Zimmers. Es ist groß für die Passagiere, die den frühen Flug bekommen mussten. Das Hotel bietet den Flughafentransfer, der sehr bequem war. Es war ein bisschen schwierig, das Hotel selbst zu erreichen.
