Ein wunderbares Hotel in praktischer Lage – die U-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe. Anfangs hatten wir Bedenken, dass die Züge uns im Weg sein könnten, aber nein, alles war bestens. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit separatem Duschbereich, was viel praktischer war, da im zweiten Zimmer die Dusche direkt ins Zimmer führte, was etwas ungewöhnlich, aber insgesamt akzeptabel war. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und schön angerichtet – man muss à la carte bestellen. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist recht lebhaft, sodass man abends durchaus etwas unternehmen kann, wenn man möchte. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein hervorragendes Ramen-Restaurant mit köstlichen Ramen. Der Kaiserpalast ist 30 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, und Akihabara liegt in der gleichen Entfernung, nur in der entgegengesetzten Richtung. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Lage ist wirklich super, direkt gegenüber von Ameyoko, nur über die Straße. Es liegt zwischen dem Ueno Bahnhof und dem Okachimachi Bahnhof, was die U-Bahn-Anbindung sehr praktisch macht. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Bis zum Yodobashi Akiba in Akihabara sind es weniger als zwei Kilometer, ein schöner Spaziergang nach dem Abendessen. Auch zum Senso-ji Tempel kann man laufen, etwa 2 Kilometer, perfekt für einen City-Walk.

Abgesehen vom Preis ist es praktisch perfekt. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene natürliche Thermalquelle, die ab 15:00 Uhr kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Bitte beachten Sie die Regeln für die Gemeinschaftsbäder. Nach dem Duschen können Sie sich entspannen und die Thermalquelle genießen. Kostenlose Getränke stehen ab 17:00 Uhr im Erdgeschoss bereit. Kostenlose Pyjamas und Kissen in verschiedenen Härtegraden sind täglich verfügbar. Eiswürfelbereiter befinden sich auf jeder Etage, und Sie erhalten auch Eiswasser. Saubere und frische Bade- und Handtücher werden täglich bereitgestellt. Der Service ist unglaublich aufmerksam und sorgfältig. Jeden Tag wünscht Ihnen jemand an der Rezeption eine gute Reise, und bei Ihrer Abreise öffnet Ihnen jemand die Tür, verbeugt sich und sagt: „Passen Sie auf sich auf!“ Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Ramen-Laden, der bis 4:00 Uhr morgens geöffnet hat. Selbst wenn Sie keine Zeit zum Abendessen haben, finden Sie im Stadtteil Ginza Chuo praktisch alle paar Schritte ein Restaurant, das bis in die frühen Morgenstunden geöffnet hat. Der Bahnhof KS Higashi-Ginza befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Gegenüber verläuft die Higashi-Ginza-Linie der Hibiya-Linie, und eine weitere Straße führt zum Bahnhof Ginza der Ginza-Linie, wodurch die Verkehrsanbindung äußerst komfortabel ist.

• located at the furthest exit from the Ikebukuro train station. have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the Yamanote line. the surrounding is also filled with a lot of sus shops, with girls standing around at night holding papers and shouting at men. if you’re a female they won’t bother you but if you’re a guy stay safe.  • at night can hear some shouting from the street as well.  • good; have Refa hair dryer, hair wash etc. there’s also a laundry machine, microwave, etc. which was really nice. • space wise, I think that it is very spacious especially for a solo traveller with only one luggage but if you have two, there might not be enough space for you to open your luggage.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, bequem in der Nähe der Ueno-Station und einer nahe gelegenen Ueno-Station, die die Reise rund um die Stadt sehr einfach macht. Einer der Highlights des Aufenthalts waren die gedankenvollen Einrichtungen. Das Hotel bietet eine wunderbare, komplimentäre Soba am Abend und gelbliche Desserts, die einen schönen Touch zu der Gesamterfahrung hinzugefügt. Das Frühstück war besonders beeindruckend-gemütlich und wertvoll. Die Zimmergröße (ca. 14 Quadratmeter) war beeindruckend, aber komfortabel, für 2 Personen geeignet. Weitere Schleifen können bei der Frontdesk gefordert werden, wenn nötig. Das Personal war freundlich, immer lächelnd und sehr während des Aufenthalts. Insgesamt war ich sehr beeindruckt mit dem Hotel und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Der Abstand war der Aufzug, der langsam und belastet während der Spitzenzeiten sein kann. Wenn Sie jedoch auf einem unteren Stock bleiben, die Treppe zu verwenden ist eine bequeme Alternative.

Lage des Hotels: Chome-17-54 Akasaka. Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig mit drei U-Bahn-Stationen in der Nähe, und die U-Bahn-Station Tameike-Sanno ist praktischer. Ausstattung: Dieses Hotel entspricht voll und ganz den japanischen Merkmalen, verfügt über eine komplette Ausstattung, ist exquisit und kompakt und bietet alles, was vorhanden sein sollte. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Handysteckdose neben dem Bett, die den Gästen die Nutzung ihres Handys sehr erleichtert. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, und der Name Boutique wäre passender. Hygiene: Japan selbst ist sehr sauber und dieses Hotel ist in Bezug auf Hygiene sehr gut, schön! Umgebung: Das Hotel ist elegant und komfortabel, relativ ruhig und man kann immer die Polizei des Metropolitan Police Department vor der Tür sehen👮 Service: Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Sie zeigen dir, wie du selbstständig eincheckst und erklären dir alle Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für den Check-in ⚠️ Besonderer Tipp: Dieses Hotel legt beim Frühstück besonderen Wert auf die chinesischen Gewohnheiten. Zum Frühstück gibt es heißes Wasser, was empfehlenswert ist👍

Die Lage ist in der Nähe von Shinjukus Kabukicho, sodass man sich auch spät abends keine Sorgen um einen Restaurantbesuch machen muss. Die U-Bahn ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, was die Fortbewegung sehr bequem macht. Ich hatte etwas Bedenken, dass die Gegend nachts unsicher sein könnte, aber zum Glück war es nicht so schlimm. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Centurion Hotel Ueno was a complete disappointment, falling short of basic hospitality standards. The deception started right at check-in: the room was explicitly advertised and booked as a ”Casual Double Bed,” but what we actually received was a cramped single bed. This blatant misrepresentation immediately compromised the comfort of our stay. The lack of care extended into the bathroom, which was a major letdown. The sink and shower area were marred by very bad, visible marks that made the entire space feel neglected and unhygienic. For a hotel that positions itself in a convenient location like Ueno, the absolute disregard for accurate room descriptions and rigorous housekeeping is unacceptable.

I liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.

The facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
