Apartamentos Spa Villa Pasiega

The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.

Spent 4 nights. The apartments are fine, except the very noisy air conditioning system, the outdated broken bathroom furnishing and the blanket holes. The air temperature in the swimming pool zone is too high - over 33C which is unbearable for kids and for adults. If it is lowered would be a very pleasant experience. When you have a buffet breakfast you expect to have eggs, sausages and pancakes prepared and pick it yourself not to have to ask for them, to order them and to wait. The chicken for dinner was smelly. Price for dinner is 21 euros per adult. The reception staff is very nice and the location is fine as it is close to the airport and our list of places to see. The negatives are really easy to fix, once done would make it a really nice place to stay!

We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌

Los apartamentos geniales, amplios, limpios y muy bien equipados. El spa genial, pero para acceder a él vas por la calle y te quedas frío. El problema en nuestra estancia fue que había una boda, y la celebración de la misma, es justo en la planta baja de los apartamentos, y como estabamos en la primera planta, el ruido fue insoportable hasta bien tarde. Fuimos a descansar y no lo conseguimos. Deberían tener en cuenta estas celebraciones a la hora de asignar las habitaciones, e informar previamente. Después de quejarnos, la única respuesta que nos dieron fue, lo siento, esperemos que no se alargue mucho la fiesta

Alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos días en familia, el spa de los apartamentos es ideal para niños y mayores, totalmente recomendable. En el restaurante hay un parquecito de bolas en el que los niños se entretienen mientras te tomas un café para terminar el día. La ubicación es perfecta para realizar excursiones por zonas próximas.

Cosas a destacar, la limpieza del apartamento y comodidad, el ambiente, la tranquilidad que hay. Por ponerle un fallo las almohadas hay que cambiarlas son unas matacuellos ni poniendo dos juntas :)) . Personal muy amable. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Escogimos los apartamentos para conocer Cantabria y fue genial. Tras un día de visitas se agradece la piscina y el spa. Desayunamos todos los días en la cafetería y el restaurante y la verdad que está muy bien calidad precio. Los Sobaos y las quesadas están buenísimas. Compramos para llevar. En cuanto limpieza del apartamento y habitabilidad del mismo todo muy bien. Me pareció muy ajustado el precio por lo que se paga la verdad que excelente.

Repitiremos!!! Los conocimos por una recomendación y encantados, sobre todo con el gran equipo que tienen!! Trabajamos en hoteles, y no podemos ponerle ninguna pega, ni tampoco ninguna sugerencia, no les falta de nada, instalaciones muy actuales y completas. Tener Spa, es un gran acierto, incluso en verano. Y sobre todo con libertad de horarios (10 a 22 h), y de acceso para niños (en el de apartamentos). La estancia en los Apartamentos Vila Pasiega ha sido increíble, son enormes!!! con A/C en todas las habitaciones! balcón y tendedero para poder secar la ropa. Sólo eché en falta una pastillita detergente para la lavadora (recomiendo llevar ;) Cenamos en la Cafetería del Hotel los 2 días, por comodidad y a pesar de estar llenos, nos atendieron muy bien y rápido. Carta variada y completa. Aunque eché en falta alguna opción de Pasta para niños. También desayunamos tanto en la cafetería como en el Buffet es muy completo. El personal de Pisos es muy respetuosa, no hacen apenas ruido cuándo trabajan, y eso se agradece cuándo estas de vacaciones.. Enfrente hay un campo de fútbol municipal que es techado, que bien muy para los niños. De 10!!!!

Nos quedamos una familia con peques en los apartamentos spa. Están limpios, y cómodos.Son bastante grandes y están perfectos para estancias grandes. Disponen de amplias habitaciones y cocinas con menaje suficiente, tendedero, lavadora.. Hemos echado en falta disponer de algun tipo de jabón para lavadora, como nos han facilitado en otros apartahoteles. La ducha no tenía una presión fuerte. El buffet es suficiente y correcto. Cambiaríamos el sistema de tostadora por uno más " industrial" y menos doméstico. Igualmente que el hotel contara con más folletos turísticos para distribuir aunque su personal fue amable y nos facilitaron todas las indicaciones necesarias. Cerca hay un Lupa que es la linea de supermercados de proximidad que más hemos visto en Cantabria. La única pega es que algunos días algún mosquito impertinente nos dificultó en descanso. Sería necesario disponer de algo para auyentarlos. El spa tiene horario amplio con lo cual viene bien tras un dia cansado para echar un rato.
