La verdad es que llevamos más de 10 años alojándonos algún fin de semana al año allí. Principalmente para desconectar. En estos años han ido cambiando cosas, a mejor y a peor… pero esta última vez, me ha sorprendido bastante los últimos cambios. Hemos notado que han cambiado la cantidad (en la cena) y calidad (en el desayuno) del bufet. Por ejemplo, en el desayuno ya no tienen la máquina de zumo recién exprimido, que a mi parecer era primordial. El café de la máquina… pues como cualquier café de máquina… pero eso nunca ha estado bueno, la verdad. En la cena, han reducido visiblemente la carta. Cabe destacar, que la calidad es buena y esta muy rico. Cada vez tienen más eventos por lo que es muy probable que coincidas con una boda (por ejemplo), lo que hace que se vea mucha gente por el hotel. También han introducido más cosas para disfrutar en familia. Y los horarios del spa me parecen acertados. Aunque no hay nadie que se asegure de que se cumplan, y te puede pasar como a mí, que el horario de adultos había una familia jugando con un niño … El wifi, ya hace años que lo cambiaron y la verdad es que si tienes intención de ver una película en un dispositivo, no lo intentes. Resumiendo un poco: Cosas positivas: - Camas cómodas - Habitaciones bien cuidadas, limpias - Amplio comedor (han ampliado con una cristalera, y es todo un acierto) - Comida rica. - Amabilidad del personal. Cosas negativas: - Cada vez más concurrido (sobre todo eventos, que es incompatible con el descanso y desconexión) - Reducción de oferta gastronómica a la carta en la cena - Ya no hay zumo natural en desayuno. - Wifi lentísimo (solo para buscar algo en Google) En mi opinión, ya no cumple mi objetivo de desconexión, por lo que personalmente buscaremos otras opciones.

Das Apartment hat einen erstaunlichen Blick auf die Felder. Es ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Das große King size Bett ist super komfortabel. ensuite jacuzzi ist wunderbar. Es ist jedoch völlig vom Haupthotel isoliert, so dass wir nach außen zum Frühstück, zum Restaurant und zum Auschecken gehen müssen. Es ist ein bisschen lustig, weil es stark regnete, als wir auscheckten. Es ist schwer, alle Gepäck, Bin-Beutel und Schatten gleichzeitig zu beherrschen. Obwohl die Wohnungsgebühr viel höher ist als die Hotel Spa Villa, wir hatten weniger Service und Ausstattung. So wurde beispielsweise die Hauspflege nicht einbezogen, so dass wir unsere Bin-Beutel in den Sammlungspunkt auswählen müssen. Die Thermalpools sind daher viel kleiner als Spa Villa und waren besonders am Wochenende, als es viele Familien und Kinder gab, mehr als ein öffentliches Pool. Alle Kinder mögen die Erwachsenenpools anstatt ihres Kindes Pools! Nicht wert für Geld. Wir beantragten am Tag der Abreise am 7:00 Uhr Frühstückspackung, weil wir frühzeitig fliegen. Einer der Mitarbeiter weigerte sich und sagte, sie müssten den Restaurantzeittafel folgen, die 8-11am sind. Wir fragten eine andere Dame, Rachel, am nächsten Tag und sie war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, sie kommunizierte mit dem Kaffee und arrangierte ein Frühstückspaket mit Eiern, Kaffee, Wasser und Obst für uns um 7 Uhr. Rachel ist wunderbar und das Hotel braucht mehr Personal wie sie, die den besten Kundenservice anbietet.

Perfect. Hotel reception was attentive and booked me in quickly after a late flight. All I needed was a comfy bed - and this hotel is great! Quick breakfast the next morning. Great value. Exactly what was needed.

What a treat, my husband booked 2 nights here to spoil me after an 8 hour drive across Spain from Alicante province to the ferry from Santander. The hotel is only 15-20 minutes from the ferry so a great stop over for travellers. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, we checked in and then parked underground. The buildings are quite spectacular and everything inside was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was good, bath and shower in the en-suite. Small fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities sadly. The thermal spa pool was wonderful, we booked access along with the accommodation, definitely worth it. There were also many treatments and extras available- we were happy with the pool. 2 nights was perfect, we got to explore Solares, and eat out in a local restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect - plenty of choice from the buffet and also options to order ‘cooked’ breakfast and omelettes - the coffee machine was the only negative - a pain to use and took a while to work it out, by second day we had it sussed.
