I loved my stay here, it was like a perfect little hideaway in the middle of the city. The beds where comfortable staff where friendly. The room has cooking facilities and was extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing and cozy, I think the pool is child free for all the couples looking for a quiet hideout. There are cafes just outside the door including the cutest Harry Potter themed cafe that has a yummy banana and berry smoothie. I will be coming back here 💯.

❌Cityhouse CityOasis - the WORST HOTEL in HCM city‼️ I’m currently here, and there is so many PROBLEMS with this hotel. Bathtub’s drainage stopper is totally BROKEN, the water tap is SHAKING, the safe is not in a fixed position, the bath towel is DIRTY and BROKEN,… and ARGUING MANAGER!!! FRIST, the hotel won’t listen to customers feedback about their BROKEN facilities. The MANAGER are so REACTIVE when received feedbacks. For 2 days, I already informed to your 2 staff on 2 occasions and NOTHING was done. When we check with the hotel on the 3rd day afternoon about what they have fixed. The manager said all DONE. When we ask for details, he said another things, WATER LEAKAGE, bathtub, TOILET fixed. I told him the water leakage, toilet is nothing wrong, then he start to question me then what I complained? You are the manager and you should check right? Check with your staff and check the room. You still don’t know what’s happening? Then I ask him to listen to my feedback, but he keep arguing and ask me to QUIET, only he can talk. The moment I said something, he will cut me off, don’t give me a chance to say. It’s so frustrating. I curious how he can be a MANAGER when receive a feedback is too difficult for him. This is a SERVICE industry or Market or ******** style? The Cityhouse Management, how do you manage your hotel like this? Or what you do is close your 2 eyes, hope that yours customer get fooled and quietly leave, never comeback again? I don’t mind if there is 1 or 2 minor issues, but there are so many PROBLEMS here. And the WORST is your staff. I was asking for my refund to go other hotels but they totally IGNORE me. 13/11/2023
