這家酒店簡直是復活節島之光！我跟前台小哥（兩個前台小哥都叫Pablo，一度讓我懷疑是太巧了還是Pablo是個南美熱門名字🤣🤣）説我過兩天過生日，酒店工作人員當天早上真的就準備好了蛋糕🎂和雙語版生日歌來幫我慶生了，驚喜到我覺得蓬頭垢面的自己和現場真的格格不入🤣🤣主廚小姐姐真的人美心善做的一手好菜，她和前台還是一對，我對前台Pablo小哥的原話：good for you🤣。真的在島上拍了很多人生照片，在這裏過30歲生日真的是最正確的一個決定了，希望以後還有機會再回島上做個快樂島民🥰🥰

非常舒服的酒店，酒店管家人也很好，會來機場接送，推薦的司機也很好，早飯的水果都是酒店花園裡種的，和機場非常近，雖然去市中心有那麼點距離；但是其實很方便啦。

是一家新開的酒店，所以評論不多，去之前還比較忐忑。但是從前期跟酒店管家Pablo加上了WhatsApp，一堆問題發給管家，都能及時的幫我們解決。島上的租車、一日遊導遊都是酒店幫忙安排。
接機有復活節島上的特色歡迎花環，離開也驚喜的收到了掛飾。工作人員都很好。
酒店位置離趙鎮小鎮中心步行有點遠，但因為我們租車其實就還好。房間條件在島上算不錯的。熱帶小花園還有泳池。喜歡在房間的陽台坐着放空

Comfortable and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, very kind and supportive staff! Our stay in Ohana was great! The only point I would highly recommend for a 5 star rate would be the restaurant... there was no option at the hotel or close to it for lunch, dinner or quick meals... which means that in order to eat something you got to go to Easter Island downtown.

As soon as I made the reservation I was contacted to arrange the free transport and was offered a look at the tours they help arrange w/o any pressure to purchase one. Once we arrived pickup was very easy and included a lei greeting. The rooms were very comfortable, and included a wonderful breakfast spread. The room had a huge deck with a view of the ocean and the garden. The staff was always happy and very helpful with any questions that arose and they always had great communication. If offered definitely try the dinner it was a great three course meal cooked and served by the same wonderful staff.

The hotel is beautiful and even better than the pictures. But more than that, the service is EXCEPTIONNAL. They anticipate all your needs, organize everything to visit the island, and provide us with very useful information. They pick you up at the airport with flowers necklace. The breakfast is delicious, very complete and for every taste. The pool area is amazing, so silent and calm with a beautiful view of the sunset. You can organize your guided tour, rent cars or biclycles directely with them. To conclude, this hotel is beyond my expectation, they take care of everything, you just have to enjoy your visit of Rapa Nui !

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a car rental service at a very good price. The hotel needs a mosquito net in the bathroom window since they don’t have air exhaust. The breakfast is optimal for the whole family. My 9 year son love it.

Excellent hotel, top quality property in brand new condition and a nice quiet location. Rooms, breakfast, friendly service all exceeding expectations. Near airport, taxis to/from centre only $5 (CLP 5,000), well worth it for the nice location.

Hotel is very comfortable and peaceful. Very nicely decorated and staff made us feel right at home. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Hotel Ohana and grateful to the kind and helpful staff - Pablo #1 and Pablo #2 and the kitchen staff who made a very delicious breakfast. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures!!
