Ich habe nicht auf dieser Unterkunft geblieben, aber ich bin hier für eine Massage gekommen, so dass die Bewertung nur auf dem Spa-Service und als nicht-bändiger Gast ist. Ich habe angerufen, um zu fragen und es war schwierig, mit dem Spa-Personal über das Telefon zu kommunizieren, da sie nicht viel Englisch spricht und ich kein Spanisch spricht, aber irgendwie konnte eine Buchung machen. Sie scheinen ziemlich beschäftigt zu sein und ich konnte nicht mehr eine Massage bekommen, so dass ich am besten einen Tag früh buchen kann. Ich ging für eine 50-minute tiefe Gewebemassage, die 60.000 pesos (ca. USD72) betrug. Das Spa ist schön und geräumig, sehr sauber und auch dann kommt mit einer Dusche. Der Masseur ist oben, sie fand meine müde Knoten und verletzte Bereiche und arbeitete mit ausreichender Kraft. Die Massage war herausragend und wert jedes Penny, fühlte sich sehr entspannt nachher. Ich wollte separat an der Rezeption fragen, ob ich dort Abendessen bekommen kann, die Rezeption-Personal sah verwirrt aus und hält seinen Kopf schütteln, es ist gut, wenn das Restaurant nicht für Außenstehende geöffnet ist, er könnte einfach erklären, Es ist keine Notwendigkeit für eine solche Reaktion.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tupa Hotel. The staff was great! They provided transportation to/from the airport. I went on both of their island tours, which were reasonably priced and the groups sizes were small--quite a bit smaller than some of the other groups we saw. And anything you needed, they could set up for you. They made everything so easy! The hotel itself was adequate--an older building that was kept up well. The bed was comfy, the AC worked fine (based on previous reviews, it must be new?), they had refrigerators, a small breakfast buffet, and most importantly everything was clean. The TV & wifi are only in the common area--but on Rapa Nui, who cares?! The location was perfect--in town but also on the ocean. The hotel--as well as all of Hanga Roa and Rapa Nui--felt safe. There were dogs everywhere in the town but they were all too lazy to do anything. Getting around was easy. Overall everything about the island was great, and I would recommend staying at Tupa Hotel while visiting.

Die Osterinsel ist sehr schön und die Häuser sind relativ einfach. Der Grund wird von der chilenischen Nationalregierung eingeschränkt. Es gibt nicht viele große Hotels und der Preis ist relativ teuer. Auch dieses kleine Ferienhaus ist eine gute Wahl.

Our family of three very much enjoyed our time at this lodging. The location was terrific, within an easy walking distance of many restaurants, some sights and the ocean. The staff were super friendly, encouraging us to unwind and providing complimentary airport transfers. Breakfast was good and the front porch setting was delightful. I booked a suite which was spacious with a comfortable sitting area. My son's room was a smaller standard room; it was perfectly adequate and fit our needs well. They have a lovely garden which offers pleasant outdoor seating amid the garden. Recommended. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ivonne and Alejandro. We loved our stay with you.

Die Cabana ist einfach erstaunlich! Die 4 Nächte Aufenthalt in Cabanas Te Maori ist die beste Wahl, die ich für die Reise gemacht habe. Große Lage, alles, was Sie brauchen (Markt, Restaurants, Meeresseite ...) ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kabine ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist so sauber, das Innendesign ist gut (zusätzliche Punkte für die Beleuchtung), das Bett ist komfortabel, zusätzliche Handtücher sind für den Wandel bereit. Es gibt eine Kette kleiner Lichter am Balkon, sehr romantisch! Wichtigstens ist WIFI gut! Der Besitzer, Patricia und ihr Mann, sind sehr nett und freundlich. Patricia ist sehr sorgfältig und hilfsbereit, sie hat sichergestellt, dass ich gut betreuen. Sie gab mir gute Ratschläge und half mir, Ticket für Nachtshow zu buchen (die ich am besten auf der Show bekam!), und sie gab mir einen Hals als Souvenir, bevor sie mich zum Flughafen schickten, wie süß! Wenn ich etwas für Verbesserungen anmerken muss, würde ich sagen, ein kleines Schrank in der Dusche installieren, aber es gibt eine Schranke direkt neben der Dusche schon, so ist es wirklich egal. Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr und werde definitiv wieder buchen!

Three of us rented a room for just under a week in July of 2024. Hotel is in a great location, close to town, across from the water. Restaurant has great views of sunset. It was a nice cozy room. Staff was super helpful and always there when we needed them. Helped us book tours and gave good meal recommendations. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a remote island hard to get to with no permanent dock, so supplies are hard to come by. Do not expect US style of buffet with food that goes to waste. Do not expect fluffy soft 5000 thread sheets or fluffy towels. It is still rustic and it will and should stay that way. Perfect if you know and understand where you are going. This is not Hawaii. If you want the Hawaii experience do not come here. The one issue was that while we were there they fumigated the hallways and we had to be out of the hotel from 3 to 6 pm. I appreciate that they fumigate but more than over night notice would be welcomed.
