Nice stay in tupa hotel, providing with satisfied environment to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tupa Hotel. The staff was great! They provided transportation to/from the airport. I went on both of their island tours, which were reasonably priced and the groups sizes were small--quite a bit smaller than some of the other groups we saw. And anything you needed, they could set up for you. They made everything so easy! The hotel itself was adequate--an older building that was kept up well. The bed was comfy, the AC worked fine (based on previous reviews, it must be new?), they had refrigerators, a small breakfast buffet, and most importantly everything was clean. The TV & wifi are only in the common area--but on Rapa Nui, who cares?! The location was perfect--in town but also on the ocean. The hotel--as well as all of Hanga Roa and Rapa Nui--felt safe. There were dogs everywhere in the town but they were all too lazy to do anything. Getting around was easy. Overall everything about the island was great, and I would recommend staying at Tupa Hotel while visiting.

The hotel offers free shuttle from the airport and also does tours around the island. The reception was very friendly and helpful. My room had a small patio with seating to watch the shore. The rooms are basic with good beds, linens, and bathrooms. It was clean. I had a good nights sleep there. The location is blocks away from some fine restaurants and the central area. There is a shopping center a block away for travel essentials. A basic breakfast is served in the mornings. A small store is also available in the hotel. Area around is pretty safe. Just be careful of the dogs in the street. They look friendly, but you never know.

I stayed at the hotel for five days. The staff was friendly but several things about this place were not good. (1) There was construction every day while I was there. It was very hard to do anything with the sound of wood cutting happening daily. (2) On the last night, I came home and the lock on my door would not work. I was locked out of my room for over 30 minutes and no one was there to help. They have no overnight front desk. It’s a little unsafe. In addition, from this experience the lock must have broke and my room was unlocked for the remainder of my trip. When I complained about it, I was told by the business owner that I was “entitled”. I did not know wanting access/help getting into my room was being “entitled”. Maybe stay here but pay with a credit card so when you are called “entitled” you can hold them accountable.

Fue una experiencia muy agradable en el hotel, todo muy acogedor el personal muy amoroso, hacen que tu estancia sea cálida. Lo mejor el desayuno muy variado es tipo buffet, además estar rodeado de naturaleza flores, esta muy cerca del centro y la costa 🐢, lo recomiendo a mil

Dormí excelente la semana de estadía que estuve en el hotel, se siente una paz indescriptible,armonía y tranquilidad en el hotel. Eran responsables a la hora del bufet. Todos muy amorosos y simpáticos, agradables. El tete fue el mejor guía y cuánta sus historias con mucha pasión y honra... Gracias tupa

Muy bueno el desayuno y las personas un amor!! La mejor experiencia, lo full recomiendo! Fue un ambiente grato y calido, las personas hacen que sea mas amena la estadía! Te hace conocer a gente de muchas culturas y obviamente saber mas sobre rapa nui…

Hotel bien ubicado. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño adecuado. Todas las personas fueron bastante amables durante toda la estadía. Realizan transfer de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. Lo único a mejorar sería el desayuno, para que fuera mas diverso.
