Hatte einen erstaunlichen Besuch...die Königssuite mit Balkon war perfekt! So sehr geräumig mit dem vollen Bad aus dem Schlafzimmer und die Hälfte Bad im Wohnbereich. Schnell-Check-in-Verfahren mit dem freundlichen Personal und der Abendreception war auch wirklich gut. Das Frühstück war lecker...die Eier (Omeletten) waren die besten! Gewiss freuen wir uns auf einen Besuch wieder, wenn wir in der Dallas-Zone sind!

Das Front Desk war ausgezeichnet. Ich wünschte, unser Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage. Wir hatten eine Einheit, die aus der Seite ventiliert wurde. Es war laut und Fast in der Mitte des Zimmers. Wir waren so heiß in der Nacht, dass wir eigentlich schwitzen und es war schwer zu schlafen. es war so heiß. Wir schwitzen in den hohen Himmel in der Nacht im Schlafzimmer! Wenn es eine nächste Zeit gibt, frage ich, bevor ich aufstehe, hat das Zimmer einen regelmäßigen Klimaanlage??? Ich dachte nie, dass ich das tun muss. Wir haben sogar in after3. überprüft

In der Nähe des Flughafens ist es sehr bequem, sauber und sauber und billig. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Frühstück wie andere Laptop-Hotels sehr einfach ist, aber zu einfach zu überholen, auch Sauge, keine Eierbäume.

Ich, meine Frau, mein Sohn und meine Tochter, und ihre zwei Kinder im Vorschulalter, blieben am Samstag Abend, den 20. April, in zwei Zimmern in diesem Hotel aufgrund eines abgesagten Fluges. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und komfortabel, und die Badezimmer waren ohne Platz, mit einer wunderbaren Dusche. Das kostenlose Frühstück war weit über dem Durchschnitt, einschließlich Oatmehl, Sauce, viel frisches Getreide, Waffeln und vieles mehr. Was dieses Hotel wirklich getrennt macht, ist jedoch das Niveau der Kundenservice, die von dem wirklich wunderbaren Personal angeboten wird. Wir wurden auf kurze Sicht aufgrund eines abgesagten Fluges durch schreckliches Wetter gestrahlt. Unser neu geplanter Ausflug war nicht bis 7:20 Uhr. Was haben wir mit einem zwei bis vier Jahre alt zwischen einer 11AM Auscheckzeit und einer 5PM Ankunft am Flughafen zu tun? Ich halte am Frontdesk und fragte, ob es möglich ist, bis spät am Nachmittag zu bleiben, und was es kostet (wenn es auch machbar ist). Die äußerst freundliche und betreuende Dame am Desk (Ich glaube, sie sagte, ihr Name ist Annabel, obwohl ich nicht sicher bin, dass die Schreibweise) hat mich für Marriott Bonvoy Belohnungen Mitgliedschaft unterzeichnet, dann, offensichtlich als Vorteil der Mitgliedschaft, verlängert unsere Checkout-Zeit auf 4PM Für keine zusätzliche Gebühr. Dieser freundliche Akt war uns eine große Hilfe, und wir sind dafür sehr dankbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr!

Since the company that manages this location, Aimbridge Hospitality rotated the current GM and AGM here, the management professionalism and hotel cleanliness are appalling! Unprofessional Management Team: I was told that both the GM and the AGM were named Chris, and the way they treated my 65-year-old mother was unacceptable! My mother was disrespected by a ”sassy”, unprofessional Asian American or South American who was not wearing a nametag for identification. I took a picture of this unidentifiable and unprofessional manager during one of his interactions with my mother to capture his blatant ignorance of professionalism and decorum. Room and hotel grounds: I have attached multiple pictures that show the dirty, stained hallway carpeting riddled with multiple cockroaches and other bugs. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” (see pictures) Outside the exit door by the gym is a bee hive forming with active bees swarming around. (see pictures) Behind the couch in the room was a pile of some type of insect that were not living. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.”(see pictures) I know this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the smell of pet dander is extremely strong because housekeeping doesn't use pet cleaning solutions when guests with pets check out. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” Again, since the new management team was switched out, the quality of service is nonexistent and the cleanliness is that of a Motel 6 quality.

What a pleasant surprise. SpringHill Suites DFW North/Grapevine exceeded my expectations. After checking in about 8:30 on Thanksgiving night, we picked up turkey & dressing takeout from Cracker Barrel (3 minutes away). The seating area in the room provided a comfortable place to eat our dinner. After finishing the meal, my wife had brought homemade pecan pie--but we didn't have any milk and nothing close by was open. I went to the front desk, but there was none for sale at the desk. One of the ladies at the desk said, ”Just a minute” and went to the kitchen and came back with 2 cups of milk. That made me feel like a valued customer. When we first went to our room on the 4th floor, from the hallway I could hear people in the rooms on either side of us. I thought we were in for a restless night. But once we got in our room and turned on the A/C it was a quiet, RESTFUL, night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, A/C was quiet but provided just the right amount of ”white noise”. One convenient feature we liked is that the lavatory sink is not in the bathroom with the tub and toilet. The next morning, I went to the breakfast buffet. (I'm usually underwhelmed by hotel's complimentary breakfasts.) Again, SpringHill Suites exceeded my expectations. Egg white & kale frittatas, turkey sausage as well as the standard fare for breakfast buffets.

Great hotel, exactly as described on the picture and up to the standard of “Marriott” brand. Very helpful front desk, late checkout without hassle and I could send a package there. The included breakfast is nice with different options and everything on self service. Free coffee available 24hrs and the hotel is virtually 5min walk away from Grapevine outlet mall. And airport shuttle available!!

Great experience!! It's my first time driving solo away from my family and my stay here was excellent! Had to get a drink from the bar, Nick was the bartender and he made a great cocktail drink for me. Customer service is excellent!! Will stay here again!!

The hotel would have gotten at least a 4 star rating if it wasn’t for $14 pantry charge that should have been credited to my F&B credit instead of my credit card. It’s bad enough that Hilton only allocates $10/person but then to have the front desk agent dispute the eligibility is ridiculous. We bought two beers from the hotel pantry that were deemed ineligible for the credit. Why? Last time I checked, the food and beverage credit is good in the hotel. If you are going to limit the options where it is available then you need to be upfront and specify it. No where on the app does it list any exclusions. Oh, and it gets even better… I am a Diamond member and booked my reservation via the Hilton app but was told that no where on the reservation did it list my status or my MyBenefits preference of the F&B credit. How is that even possible possible? It wasn’t all bad, but this issue really upset for the principle of the matter. The room itself was fine and comfortable. No other issues. Just wish this visit hadn’t ended like it did. It should not have.
