Dieses Holiday Inn Express südlich von Dayton ist sehr klassisch, neben der i675, kostenlosen Parkplätzen und vielen kommerziellen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut geschnitten und beide Betten waren geräumig. Als ich eintrat, roch es leicht. Ich öffnete die Tür für ein paar Minuten und schaltete eine Klimaanlage ein. Frühstücksvielfalt kann auch zufrieden gestellt werden, mit Haferflocken, mehreren Eiern, Brot, Würstchen, Kaffeegetränken und Tee, sehr gut! Preis ist ganz gut

Wir haben große Erfahrungen mit dieser Kette und wie sie Veteranen behandeln. Also, als wir in Centerville für einige Antiquitäten beschlossen, hier zu bleiben. Zunächst einmal waren alle Mitarbeiter, die wir getroffen haben, erstklassig, freundlich, professionell und konzentriert sich auf die Bereitstellung eines großen Services. Das Hotel selbst ist jedoch in ernsten Bedarf an Reparaturen und Renovierungen. Der erste Hinweis war das Alarm am Frontdesk, das dauerte, und scheinbar hat Reparaturen für mehr als einen Monat benötigt. Unser Zimmer war mit Ziegen gereckt und das Badezimmer/Dusche Stock war sehr verkleidet/farben grau. Es gab keine USB-Ladehäfen im Zimmer außer auf dem Fernseher, die nur funktioniert, wenn der Fernseher angeschaltet war. Auch keine elektrischen Ausgänge im Badezimmer für Haartrockner, Haarschäuber usw. Die Mattress war auf dem Weg zu weich, mehr wie ein unterbefestigter Federschrank, der keine Unterstützung für den Rücken lieferte. Gesamtreinigung des Zimmers brauchte auch Verbesserung. Wir fanden sogar Artikel vom Erdgeschoss, die Vakuum hätte aufgeholt. Bis die Kette beschließt, die notwendigen Mittel für Reparaturen und Renovierungen bereitzustellen, entmutigen wir die Menschen, trotz großer Mitarbeiter hier zu bleiben.

Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer war schrecklich und die Seitentür funktionierte nicht, also musste ich den ganzen Weg gehen, um zu meinem Zimmer direkt neben der Tür zu gelangen. und der Pool war geschlossen? anddddd man bekommt nur Seifenstücke, kein Shampoo oder Conditioner zum Glück hat Walmart den Dollar-Reiseabschnitt und ist eine halbe Meile entfernt?

A++++ Pete und sein Stab sind erstaunlich, Ein freundliches Lächeln am Nachmittag von seinem Personal, Pete ging um das Hotel mehrmals am Tag und als ich ihn fragte, dass er mir sagte, er wollte sicherstellen, dass es keine Probleme mit dem Außenbereich und dem Immobilien gibt und Es ist sauber, Zimmer riecht nicht wie Deodorizer Das Badezimmer war sauber, die Dusche war sauber und der beste Teil brauchte keine Wartung, Ich genoß das Frühstück am Morgen, Ich mag nicht der Waffelmaker anstelle einer Größe Waffel es macht Drei kleine, die etwas schwer auf dem Platte zu manövrieren und bei der Verwendung eines Kunststoff-Nife/Fork zerstören können, empfehle ich Sauce Patten und geschnitzten Käse jeden Tag, da ich sie zwischen den beiden kleinen Waffeln und ein Frühstück gemacht hätten. We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was excellent. It was an easy, scenic 25-minute drive to the Greene County Fairgrounds, where we were attending the Hamvention amateur radio event. It was also close to many restaurants and stores. A special thank you to the many exceptionally nice staff members: Paul and the two ladies (whose names I didn’t get) working the front desk, and the friendly and hardworking housekeeping staff. The only person who was crabby was the breakfast lady, but the others were so nice that they cancelled her out. We hope to stay here again for next year’s Hamvention.

I had an incredibly poor experience with this hotel that I've tried to resolve with both hotel management and Hilton Guest Assistance. Neither has resolved the issue, so I'm hoping by posting this review I can save others the troubles my boyfriend and I faced. In short, this hotel needs an upgrade both in the rooms and, more importantly, the management (Ibrahima, the General Manager, in particular). On a larger scale, Hilton customer service seems to have gone downhill, and even if my points for this stay do get refunded (which they haven't yet), my boyfriend and I don't plan on staying in a Hilton hotel again. I booked this hotel for a birthday weekend trip with my boyfriend, two rooms, two nights. We arrived at 9 PM on a Friday night. When we walked into our rooms, we immediately noticed a strong cigarette smoke smell and extreme wear on the fixtures, furniture, walls, and doors. After about an hour of trying to acclimate to the smell, we asked if we could be moved to different rooms. When we walked into the new rooms, we both noticed a strong chemical scent that immediately started to give me a migraine and extreme wear on the fixtures and furniture. After another hour of trying to acclimate to the smell, we decided to find a new hotel. We asked if our stay could be refunded, including the points I'd used to book one of the rooms. There was no night manager on duty, so the new front-desk clerk said he would need to leave a note for the General Manager to take care of the refund in the morning. My boyfriend and I then spent 45 minutes searching around Dayton looking for a new hotel. The Marriott at the University of Dayton did a great job taking care of us, and unlike the Hampton Inn, they had a night manager on duty at midnight when we checked in. Ibrahima, the General Manager of the Hampton Inn, emailed me on Saturday morning saying a refund had been processed, but mentioned nothing about the points I'd used to book the second room for our stay. I called Hilton Guest Assistance the following Monday to express my frustrations with my stay and ask for a full refund of my points used to book the stay and additional compensation for the inconvenience of having to find a new hotel. They said I would need to follow up with the GM of the hotel directly and opened a case. After several attempts to contact Ibrahima directly, I finally received an email saying the points would be refunded to my account ”shortly.” He did not answer my voicemails and email to discuss the points refund not showing in my account and possible additional compensation to cover the cost difference of the second hotel. I also spoke with Ray at the front desk, who not only wouldn't bring Ibrahima to the phone so I could speak with him, but also informed me that he doubted I would receive any additional compensation for my stay because I hadn't filled out the post-stay survey and, as he put it, ”hadn't given Hilton a chance to make things right.” I finally reached out again to

Comfort suites are generally clean, comfortable and include breakfast. This one is located near a series of shopping plazas. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. The accessible restroom was well-equipped. Breakfast was good. There is adequate parking though. It does fill up on a weekend stay. The parking lot sloped a little and I found it tricky to maneuver. The walls were a bit thin, and that is my only real complaint. The staff was pleasant and did their best to check in and answer questions quickly. There are a number of good local restaurants within a few miles. The price was higher than I thought fair.
