Unser Sohn heiratet in diesem Herbst eine Frau aus Beavercreek, so dass wir das Gebiet besuchen mussten, um seine Zukunft in-Laws zu treffen und unsere Pläne zu diskutieren und versuchen, ein Restaurant für das Wiederaufnahme-Dinner zu planen. Dieses Hotel war einer der vielen empfohlen. Aus dem Tor, obwohl ich ein neueres Hotel war, fühlte ich mich, dass der Fronteingang ein wenig unsichtbar war. Wenn es nicht für das große abgedeckte Gebiet war, waren die Fronttüren eine Art einfach. Es gab einen Außenseite, der an der Vordertür angrenzend war, und es war ein wenig schwierig, die beiden zu trennen. Wir machten es aber ins Haus, und Zoe am Vordertisch war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Sie konnte unverzüglich unsere Anfrage für ein kostenloses Fliesenzimmer befriedigen. Pros: Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Jedes Mitarbeiter vom Vordertafelarbeiter, bis zur Hauspflege und Küchenpersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Kleidbereich mit einem vollen Längenspiegel Nice Sofa und ottomanen Desk Bereich mit Stühle Stühle entlang des Fensters für Sitz- oder Gepäck-Kons: Zimmer war EXTREMMEND DURK. Nur kleine Richtungsleuchten haben das ganze Zimmer nie ausreichend beleuchtet Das Heizungs-/Kühlsystem scheint nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Es hat sich immer in unserem Zimmer reichlich gefühlt. Wir konnten nie unsere Temperatur richtig erreichen. Das Badezimmer war schmal und hatte nicht genügend Gegenraum. Mattress war etwas zu hart für meine Frau und ich alle, es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende und wir haben ein bisschen erreicht. Ich gebe 4 Sterne, obwohl wir nicht vollständig zufrieden waren. Das Personal war für viele. Die Lage war der andere Faktor, der für einige der Firmenfehler entstanden. Marriott muss die Arbeiter dieses Hotels zu kümmern.

Im Vergleich dazu ist die Servicequalität dieses Ladens gut. Die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse des Aufenthalts erfüllen. Die wirtschaftliche Praxis und die Einrichtungen sind auch in der Vergangenheit gesagt worden. Für die weniger verlangten Touristen ist es immer noch völlig akzeptabel. Bitte beachten Sie die Wahl der Reisenden.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was excellent. It was an easy, scenic 25-minute drive to the Greene County Fairgrounds, where we were attending the Hamvention amateur radio event. It was also close to many restaurants and stores. A special thank you to the many exceptionally nice staff members: Paul and the two ladies (whose names I didn’t get) working the front desk, and the friendly and hardworking housekeeping staff. The only person who was crabby was the breakfast lady, but the others were so nice that they cancelled her out. We hope to stay here again for next year’s Hamvention.

We booked a king room well in advance of the arrival date, paid in advance, non refundable fee for 3 nights, entered room #225 and it was double. Moved us to king room #205 and it had not been cleaned in a long time, toilet was black inside, garbage in cans, bed sheets were not clean, dirty, moldy towels on floor, clear dried glue like clumps all over kitchen sink and counter, top and door of refrigerator, toilet, bathroom sink, etc. Asked for new room and was told no more are available but offered us a refund. We were in town for the big Air Force Marathon Race event so finding another hotel with a room for last minute walk-ins was not an option. I left for Expo and husband cleaned the room with supplies they gave him as no staff was available to clean it for us. He spent two hours scrubbing, including using a scrapper to try and get the glue stuff up. Full kitchen but no dishes, pots, silverware, cups, nothing; front desk had one pan only to loan us. We had to go to Wal-Mart and purchased basic items so we could cook. The carpeted floor was dirty and they did not have a vacuum to loan us so we had to live with that. No clean towels available till late that evening and could not get more during stay. The smell of ********* was in the hallway of the 2nd floor continuously. The room a few down the hall from us played loud mariachi music all day that was so loud it could be heard on the entire second floor. Other guest had large, unleashed dog that we came across several times in hallways and lobby. The front deck was not manned 24 hours, one morning the place was still locked up at 9am. We have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past and didn't encounter any of the above issues. Not sure what happened but after this stay, I have to say that this would not be a good place to stay with a family, and don't stay here for a pleasure trip. If you're in town long term for work and don't need a clean, quiet room, don't need a supplied kitchen so you can cook meals in room, and your job doesn't pay for a nice place then stay here. The front desk staff was nice enough (except for one older guy) but nice didn't get us towels or a clean room. And as we checked out of our prepaid room, they hit us with a Linen Service Fee of $5.98. No notice of that in advance and we sure did not get linen service during the three day stay, except for one initial set of sheets that my husband had to put on the bed the first day. Looking back, I cannot believe we actually stayed at this hotel after arrival, but at the time we felt that we had no options. If you're reading this review, you still have other options so take them!!!
