Terrible management team that is unwilling to allow cancellation without $ cancellation penalty despite my being unable to travel due to sickness with a positive test for Strep throat. Apologized to the hotel for having to change plans and then cancel but was met with disrespectful reaction and was treated very rudely by staff. Called back a couple weeks after noticing the charge on my work credit card and despite politely asking for a refund of the charge, the manager I spoke with was hostile toward me and hung up on me when I asked for the name of the hotel general manager, I was very surprised by the way they handled this situation. This is very poor customer service and shows a lack of respect toward a loyal Marriott customer and Titanium status member. A good business who values customers would make an exception under the circumstances.

Was here for baseball tournament so this was where we had to stay. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Definitely some of the kindest people. However, they are understaffed and at times there is only one employee. So, that can make it a challenge if you need any type of assistance. The shared areas of the hotel such as hallways and lobby are not air conditioned and were extremely warm. We tried to hang out downstairs while our kids swam and it was unbearable. The warm halls mean the rooms are constantly battling to stay cool. The included breakfast was extremely limited and the warm options were inedible. The room definitely needed some maintenance. Overall, if you have to stay here, you’ll be ok. Just would never be my first choice. And definitely feel it was way over priced.

Hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Zimmer waren ruhig, sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Wäre sicher noch einmal hier. Die AC war sehr hoch, als ich ankam und endete es ganz vor dem Bett ausschalten, da es keine zusätzlichen Schranke im Zimmer gab. Ich hätte wahrscheinlich einen abrufen können, aber ich war zu müde.

My colleague and I arrived late in the evening after attending a work event. When I received my room key, the lock on my door did not work. I went to the front desk and the associate working, who had airpods in their ears, gave me attitude about how I probably didn't use the key correctly instead of solving the problem right away. They then were unable to find a new battery pack for the door so they moved me into a different room. When I checked out of the hotel, I was unaware that I needed to stop at the front desk to receive a receipt. Every other time I have stayed at a hotel, I receive an email with my receipt and don't have to retrieve it from the front desk. I called a few later to get a copy of my receipt sent to my email and the associate was very rude on the phone and said ”Well no wonder you didn't get a receipt since you didn't come and get one. That's on you.” I am not one to complain but the attitude I received from now two employees at this hotel made me angry. I will not stay at this hotel ever again for business as I do not deserve to be treated with disrespect when I have not done anything to deserve being treated that way in the first place.

Wenn ich eine kurze 4-Tage-Reise durchführte und diesen Park und Fly fand, habe ich normalerweise diese Ketten nicht verwendet, aber der Preis war sehr vernünftig. Ich habe die Bewertungen gelesen und war nicht sicher, aber nach meinem Aufenthalt würde ich definitiv empfehlen diese Econo Lodge. Ich war angenehmen überrascht von der Zimmergröße und der Layout mit Wohnbereich getrennt von dem Schlafzimmer, das Personal war sehr günstig, bei der Kontrolle in mir wurde alle erforderlichen Informationen und der Fahrer/Eigentümer war auch günstig. Nach meiner Rückkehr kam der Shuttle innerhalb von 12 Minuten. Für ein älteres Hotel klingt es, als würden sie sich ständig verbessern. Was das Frühstück betrifft, so fühlte ich es mit dem Preis des Zimmers und der Tatsache, dass es 38 Frühstücksrestaurants in der Nähe, ziemlich ausreichend. Ich werde dieses Hotel EINZELL wieder verwenden. Und wie viele Hotels personalisieren Ihre TP. ;) Donna K- beladonna231@yahoo.com

Terrible management team that is unwilling to allow cancellation without $ cancellation penalty despite my being unable to travel due to sickness with a positive test for Strep throat. Apologized to the hotel for having to change plans and then cancel but was met with disrespectful reaction and was treated very rudely by staff. Called back a couple weeks after noticing the charge on my work credit card and despite politely asking for a refund of the charge, the manager I spoke with was hostile toward me and hung up on me when I asked for the name of the hotel general manager, I was very surprised by the way they handled this situation. This is very poor customer service and shows a lack of respect toward a loyal Marriott customer and Titanium status member. A good business who values customers would make an exception under the circumstances.

GGuest UserWenn ich eine kurze 4-Tage-Reise durchführte und diesen Park und Fly fand, habe ich normalerweise diese Ketten nicht verwendet, aber der Preis war sehr vernünftig. Ich habe die Bewertungen gelesen und war nicht sicher, aber nach meinem Aufenthalt würde ich definitiv empfehlen diese Econo Lodge. Ich war angenehmen überrascht von der Zimmergröße und der Layout mit Wohnbereich getrennt von dem Schlafzimmer, das Personal war sehr günstig, bei der Kontrolle in mir wurde alle erforderlichen Informationen und der Fahrer/Eigentümer war auch günstig. Nach meiner Rückkehr kam der Shuttle innerhalb von 12 Minuten. Für ein älteres Hotel klingt es, als würden sie sich ständig verbessern. Was das Frühstück betrifft, so fühlte ich es mit dem Preis des Zimmers und der Tatsache, dass es 38 Frühstücksrestaurants in der Nähe, ziemlich ausreichend. Ich werde dieses Hotel EINZELL wieder verwenden. Und wie viele Hotels personalisieren Ihre TP. ;) Donna K- beladonna231@yahoo.com

GGuest UserHatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Zimmer waren ruhig, sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Wäre sicher noch einmal hier. Die AC war sehr hoch, als ich ankam und endete es ganz vor dem Bett ausschalten, da es keine zusätzlichen Schranke im Zimmer gab. Ich hätte wahrscheinlich einen abrufen können, aber ich war zu müde.

RROT810Ich ging in mein Geschäftskleid ins Motel und das erste, was mir gesagt wurde, war, dass ich eine $50 Cash-Deposit in meinem Zimmer für Schäden setzen musste. Wenn ich das Zimmer nicht beschädigt, nach der Inspektion würde ich meine Deposition zurück erhalten. Ich musste eine Abschaffung unterzeichnen, die die Bedingungen der Ausweisung angegeben hat, von denen einer war: Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie nicht verpassen Wäsche und Linen. Wenn Sie STAIN OR BLOD VERLOSSEN IST Ihr Einlagen. Ja, das war die schlechte Sprache und Sprechung! Das Fernsehen im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und sie mussten 3 Menschen bringen, um es zu reparieren, was an sich über dem Mindestwert lag und ich hätte dafür ausgewiesen werden können! Als ich verließ und eine Inspektion gerufen hatte, kam das Front Desk nicht. Als ich auf dem Büro geprüft habe, sagten sie, dass die Jungs normalerweise den Raum verlassen müssten, um inspiziert zu werden. Ich bestand darauf, weil ich Angst vor dem, was sie tun würden, anwesend zu sein und ich wäre verantwortlich dafür. Ich würde nie wieder hier bleiben! Ich entschuldige mich, dass es so lange dauerte, um eine Bewertung zu schreiben - ich war einfach zu beschäftigt, um eine zu früh zu machen.

GGuest UserSo I’ve been coming here for 6 years and this is the BEST AND CLEANEST I’ve seen this hotel. The staff is now friendly. The room are being update and cleaned very well when better towels. I LOVE MRS ALICIA THE MANAGER!!!❤️❤️❤️ She is so welcoming and knows my name and face by heart. Very accommodating. There is no longer drama, noise, and police coming every night. It is surrounded by tons of restaurants, Airport, and mall. The only real complaint if I had one would be breakfast. If they had a full breakfast bar like some of the others it would put it over the top. Overall it is inexpensive and I’ll continue to stay there!
