Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff was amazing! Jeremiah at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming it was like greeting a friend every day. Kim did a fantastic job keeping the breakfast buffet full and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping and the pool maintenance guy were also super nice. Great variety of hot breakfast options along with plant-based milk options. There's a small basketball court and walking path outside which is a nice alternative to the workout room. Other reviewers commented about the pool being cold, but it's probably around 82-84 degrees which is typical of public pools used by lap swimmers. It's ”refreshing” for recreational swimmers but fine once you get used to it. Beware of the driveway entrance directions from Google maps, there is no left turn allowed there. If you're coming from that direction, turn at the light by the furniture store instead and use the frontage road. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars overall is because the pool deck wasn't entirely clean, the same bits of rubber sat there for a couple of days. We also fished an earring back off the bottom of the pool after stepping on it.

My husband and I stayed here because it is on its way to the Gilmore Museum plus we wanted to go to Max’s South Sea’s Hideaway downtown. The hotel was easy on/easy off. Super clean. Had a microwave, fridge, and coffee in our room. The continental breakfast was fantastic. It also was very clean. They had a waffle maker, oatmeal (with choice of dried cherries and walnuts), mini omelettes, sausage, fruit, bread, cereal, muffins, coffee, juice - everything. The napkins were thick like fine dining! It was $175 total for a Friday night. I thought the price was well worth it.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier mit den Kindern. Wir gingen am nächsten Tag nach Michigan Abenteuer und es gab keine Tonne billiger Hotels, so entschieden wir uns, im Grand Rapids-Bereich zu bleiben. Ich wollte einen Platz mit einem Pool, und wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Poolbereich. Wasser war ein wenig kalt, aber es hatte ein sauberes Badezimmer befestigt, Handtücher nur für den Pool und eine saubere Dusche im Poolbereich. Für ein paar Kinder, die für ein paar Stunden schwimmen wollten, war es perfekt. Oh und der Pool wurde auch spät geöffnet, was großartig war. Unser Kind ist spät auf. Es war nur für Erwachsene 11-midnight offen, so dass jemand weiß, was da drin läuft von 11-midnight... aber für Kinder zu 11 öffnen, half es, den Abend viel einfacher zu machen, wenn man auch versucht, ein Abendessen zu planen. Das Zimmer war groß. Zwei Betten und eine Sofa. Rein und bereit, als wir ankamen. Ich konnte den Fernseher nicht arbeiten, es schien nur auf HDMI1 ohne Signal festzuhalten, aber ich wollte nichts überhaupt sehen. Ich habe nur mit ihm gekämpft. Ich habe nicht um Hilfe gerufen. Frühstück war gut und wichtig ... Das Frühstücksbereich war sehr groß. Kein Kampf für Tische. Wir schliefen gut und es war genau das, was wir wollten.
