Lovely room, great staff, value for money. Was there for the football stayed 1 night. Will be booking in there again next season. Food in the pub attached was good too. The girl Hannah I think her name was. Couldn't do enough. Very polite and very helpful

Stayed to visit family who live in chesterfield Lovely warm welcome checked in without any fuss The room was spotless, cosy and very comfy Will stay here again in the new year when I visit again Thanks to everyone at this hotel you made my stay perfect

Lovely hotel staff so friendly the room extremely clean would recommend to anyone all the staff were extremely helpful plenty of parking space they even put a little treat in our room on a rival which I thought was so sweet , is also close to the canal so you can have lovely little walks that can go into town centre

Lovely stay. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. My children got given pictures to colour which kept them entertained. Breakfast delicious, no complaints. Kids menu has lots of range. Will definitely be returning in the future :) Thank you

Booked to stay here as we booked to visit Chatsworth and our usual place to stay has closed. This is a great alternative to the one at Chesterfield West. Staff so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed the usual Premier inn standard. Restaurant attached with a good selection of food to choose from. Free car park is always a bonus. Our only gripe is that it needs updating as it’s looking tired.

Very pleased with our latest visit to the Chesterfield North Premier Inn. Very pleased with room and it's facilities. Hadn't realised that guests could borrow a rubber bath mat so felt extremely safe in the bath under the shower whereas previously I haven't done so. Have already requested the same room for our next stay in April.

Very poor. Celebrating a birthday weekend. Didn’t sleep due to loud fan above me in another room which didn’t go off until 6 the next morning. Staff didn’t care when they were contacted. No sleep at all and missed breakfast due to this. Very poor for premier inn.

An Oasis of calm after a stressful couple of days. Breakfast/ lunch / dinner Just lovely , as were the staff. Good to see families and children enjoying themselves. And there is a lift 😁👍 so no struggling up the stairs with baggage. Also one can walk straight through to the restaurant without going outside.

The old saying 1st impressions, and..... wow , what a star Emma H. was no point in having an employee of the month Competition Emma has taken it home already!!! Friendly , warm , informative, helpful , a clear passion for customer service. Super sessional decorations in the reception area with. The hotel has been maintained very well for its age decor has a little bit of a dated feel but clean , nice shower with the waterfall head, good space / size in the room, nice firm mattress and extra pillows waiting for me!
