Very nice clean quiet

This hotel was a good on prices but need to update the beds an tvs. The location is great and I like the customer service. I would recommend getting a room here if you’re on a budget….. the area that the hotel is around has good food as well I give my a 7

We lived in Room 212 from April 30th to May 2nd. There was no room service this time and the WiFi was not available. Our room was dirty. On the ground there had been trash, a ring and a tampon. The fridge and the microwave were completely dirty and hairs in it. It smelled really bad in the whole room. In the bed there had been hairs too. We stayed in many lower priced motels like motel 6 and had never such a bad experience like in this Country Inn & Suites Hotel. Outside of the hotel there had been a lot of strange people.

The hotel uses “stock photos” of the property rather than what it really looks like. Overpriced for its quality. The hotel is run down and desperately needs renovating. Upon arrival the coffee area had old spilled coffee on the table, along with spilled sugar, and hair. Checking out the following day, it had not been cleaned. Elevator was broken, and so was the vending machine. Wasted $2 on water I never got. The rooms were very dated and very beat up. Carpet had stains throughout the room, refrigerator freezer was iced over, living room couch was beat up, bathroom was old and stained, no sheer curtain, only a stained blackout curtain, stains on the lamp shades, list goes on and on… FIND ANOTHER Hotel. Goldwater Properties LLC (the managing company over this hotel) should be ashamed.

Phenomenal employees at both the "Country Inn & Suites" in Capitol Heights and "Comfort Inn" at Joint Andrews helped me so much! DAKSH (Front Desk Manager at Country Inn & Suites) and NADER (Director of Sales & Marketing) worked quickly to find me a room at another one of their near-by hotels when an unaffiliated app had confirmed a room when the hotel was already full. The efficiency and communication with which they worked was stellar! Thank you!

My girl friend and I are a bit picky, we've been to many hotels around this area, this hotel is by far the best value for our money! The room was big, all staff were very helpful cheerful. A really nice person offered to help us with the heavy luggage and walked us to our room, it turned out later that he was the general manager of the hotel! We will be back.

I booked a stay at this hotel and cancelled weeks before and I received a cancellation confirmation. The weekend of our planned travel I got a notice that I was charged for my stay as I didn't cancel. When I gave the confirmation number of the cancellation they agreed to refund me 1 night but would not refund the second as the said "they missed out on letting someone else stay in the room". I followed up with client services and they were not much help only offering me points if I signed up for a rewards account. This was a terrible customer experience and I would recommend anyone to choice another hotel.

I had previously stayed at Country Inn in Georgia. I loved it and became a Rewards Member. So naturally when I had to come to Maryland I reserved my room. I had read the previous reviews and didn't believe there was a shortage of washcloths, but low and behold there is! I didn't want this to come across as a negative review - just a heads up.... Bring your own washcloths

Glenn was very polite and professional. He was very respectful and willing to assist. He made me feel comfortable and confident to stay at the hotel, and I appreciate that. I will highly recommend to family and friends.
