"Had a wonderful experience at Clarks Inn! The banquet arrangements were excellent and everything was managed so smoothly, making our function truly pleasant and stress-free. The rooms were neat, clean, and very comfortable, which added to the overall great stay. A special mention to the staff for their polite and helpful behavior throughout. Manager Mr. Suraj Sharma and Mr. Vinayak Jaiswal were extremely cooperative and ensured everything was taken care of perfectly. The breakfast buffet was another highlight – great variety and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend Clarks Inn for both events and stay. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient for city exploration. However, the stay was overshadowed by several issues. The building is under construction, leading to constant noise and visible construction work, which disrupts the overall experience. Initially, I was assigned a deluxe room with two separate beds, as per my booking, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room was unavailable due to construction. Instead, I was given a room with a king-size bed. Additionally, the telephone wasn’t working, and the promised electric kettle was not provided. While the location is a major advantage, the construction, lack of transparency about room conditions on the website, and poor management made the stay less enjoyable. If you only need a place to store your belongings and rest while exploring the city, it’s manageable."

"The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!"

Sie begrüßten uns mit radianten Lächeln, effizient jede Anfrage bearbeitet und machten uns sofort als Gäste wert. Besondere Anmerkung: Tarun und Gunjan. Das Restaurant Service Personal: Esspersonal war hier ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Das Restaurantteam war unglaublich aufmerksam, vorausschauend unsere Bedürfnisse, bevor wir sogar gefragt haben. Ihre unverschämte Service und das Engagement für die Schaffung einer großen Speiseerfahrung wurden nicht unbemerkt. Besondere Erwähnung: Hemraj und Aditi. Hauspflege: Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts absolut unverschämt gehalten. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Hauspflegeteams auf Details, Respekt für unseren Raum und die Tiefe waren top-notch. Besondere Anmerkung: Priyanka. Es ist selten, ein Hotel zu finden, in dem jede Abteilung mit einem solchen hohen Gastfreundschaftsstandard arbeitet. Danke für das ganze Team für unseren Aufenthalt so komfortable und memorable. Wir werden sicherlich zurückkehren und empfehlen dieses Hotel jedem, der einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt sucht!"
