Aber was wirklich Belmond Monasterio absetzt ist sein Service. Das Personal ist warm, professionell und wirklich betreuend. Ihre Service-Einstellung ist unvermeidlichVielleicht das Beste in Südamerika. Ein gutes Beispiel: Als ich meine Kreditkarte verloren habe, fanden sie sie und gaben sie schnell zurück. Im Vergleich zum Los Cabos Waldorf (die ich aufgrund seiner Preisgestaltung erwähne), ist dieser Hotelservice auf einem anderen Niveau unendlich persönlicher, gedankenvoll und Herzensgefühl. Ich würde meinen Butler gerne eine besondere Anerkennung geben, obwohl ich leider seinen Namen vergessen habe. Kurz gesagt, ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das beliebte Hotel in Südamerika seit mehr als einem halben Monat ist der Service sehr aufmerksam, die Zimmerdetails sind ausreichend, jeder Mitarbeiter ist ausgebildet. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist sehr wie ein heimischer Song, der Service ist noch besser. Und dieses Hotel ist sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen sehr lecker. This was an absolutely FANTASTIC stay experience and I recommend it to all travellers to Cusco. The house is conveniently located in the historic centre of Cusco and you can easily access restaurants, cafes, main attractions within a few minutes of walking. The Wanchaq train station is at most a 20-minute walk on the main street of Cusco, thereby making it very safe and easy at any time of the day. Taking an Uber, it is around 20 to 30-minute drive to the Cusco Airport, costing less than PEN 20. The main gates are locked at night for safety, though all staff will make sure that front desk service is still available 24 hours for anyone needing to exit or enter the premises. Communications is conveniently maintained through WhatsApp and made very easy. There is some street noise in the rooms at night including music playing from nearby shops, but that seems to be more prevalent on the weekends. The room and bathroom are well-maintained and have all the necessary amenities, including welcoming packets of coca tea. There is an electric heater in the room for nights with lower temperatures. Breakfast is made-to-order for every item, and it feels like a private restaurant experience. Eggs cooked any way are of top quality; juices are freshly squeezed; breads are toasted warm; coffee and tea are made fresh and refilled at a moment's notice; and the fruit salads are filled with copious amount of fresh fruit. Service is all top notch: homemade breakfast every morning, housekeeping at appropriate times, 24-hour service for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures, and answering questions for travellers - the hosts are absolutely warm and welcoming in every way possible. They also generously kept my large luggage in storage while I travelled to Machu Picchu for two days (coming back to stay again after), which made my trip very convenient. Again, I would recommend this to all travellers to Cusco, especially considering that the value for money is amazing.

Highly recommended, I’d definitely stay here again Location is unbeatable: just a 3‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cosy bed and a heater available at all times. No TV in my room but honestly, with everything nearby, you won’t miss it 😄 Extremely helpful staff, genuinely some of the most supportive I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me multiple times late at night when Rappi wasn’t working and I needed to order food. If you have early tours (4:00, 5:00, 6:00 AM), just let them know in advance — they’ll happily prepare your breakfast earlier for you, which I really appreciated. They also decorated our room exactly as requested, which made our stay even more special.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Waffenplatzes, und es ist sehr bequem, wo immer ich hingehe. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Der erste Stock ist auch eine Reiseagentur, hier ist super dankbar für die Hilfe des Chefs. Ich habe für die Majiang-Bild nicht online gekauft. Am 5.30 Uhr ging der Chef zum Geschäft und hielt mir die Fahrt des Zuges ➕ um drei halben Uhr morgens. Der Bus lief ➕ und ließ mich ins Hot Water Town Touristenzentrum rennen, weil die meisten Leute in der Zugfahrt waren, um Tickets zu kaufen, und eine Minute später warten noch Dutzende. Wenn ich die klassische Linie 2 am nächsten Morgen um acht Uhr kaufen möchte, reservierte ich zwei Tagesausflüge im Haus des Chefs und ginge in den Puno Bus.
