Terrible experience - avoid this hotel i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. The rooms are extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything felt dirty and neglected, from the worn-out furniture to the malfunctioning bathroom fixtures. It was clear that no effort has been made to keep the place in decent condition. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment i arrived, they were dismissive and acted like they couldn’t care less about their guests. I would never ever stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are much better options out there for the price, with staff who actually value their guests. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

The very worst hotel in alipurduar. The costing is so high no proper blanket no proper pillows or dinner

Food was good. There was no amenities. At-least basic hotel amenities should be there. Room was dirty. Person sitting in the reception seems like not bother.

Staying at hotel shivam was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is at the heart of the town, near to the bus stand and railway station. Food at the hotel restaurant is very delicious and full of variety. Room service was good.

Yes, shivam hotel a good location near to the railway station & market. The hotel room price is also affordable between 500 to 2000 the room it's neat & clean. Food service is also available as you wish for customised food to be prepared. Overall good so i'm rating 5- excellent.

A very satisfactory budget hotel. Real value for money. Decent sized rooms with king sized beds. Car parking available for six-seven cars. Located on the main highway, in the proximity of New Alipurduar railway station. Only problem I felt that it had no elevators or lifts.

Nice service of staff members and very punctual. Food was good as per requirement. Bed can be improved as it was not comfortable and a sofa in room can help instead of plastic chair. Overall good hotel for busy travellers
