This hotel can be evaluated in 2 ways. 1. General evaluation. 2. Regional evaluation. My general evaluation is a mediocre hotel, a 3-star hotel but it can be called a good hotel according to the regional conditions. I saw and visited a few more well-known hotels in the region and I can say that jungle book is one of the best hotels in the region. The staff is very nice, respectful and helpful. Many of the staff speak English. The service offered in the restaurant is good. It has a very extensive menu. Although the rooms are large, they have their shortcomings. rooms and bathrooms are old need refurbishment. the garden is beautiful. It is a small hotel with two floors. Although the rooms are exactly the same, the price of the 2nd floor rooms is higher. As a result, if you go to the region, I can say that it is one of the best hotels to stay.

Das erste, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass Sie in INR 20/- pro Kopf ein Auto vom Bahnhof (Alipurduar - NOQ) zu diesem Hotel nehmen können. es ist etwa 2 km vom Bahnhof und ist bequem gelegen, wo Sie Zugang zu Märkten und Restaurants haben. Zomato und Swiggy Lieferungen sind auch in Alipuruduar anwendbar, so können Sie für Hotel-Essen oder Bestellung von außen wählen. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, indem ich mit dem Vorbüro angeschlossen und 1-day Vorauszahlung für die Buchung gezahlt. Die Zimmergebühr ***** mit Frühstück ist erschwinglich und man kann eine Auswahl von Puri/Paratha, Eier zu bestellen, Obst, Zucker, Brotschlamm, das zufriedenstellend ist. Teehersteller ist im Zimmer und Restaurant Essen ist süß. Personal ist besonders gut gehandelt die im Vorbüro einschließlich Sabita und Chetri. Eine Person, die insbesondere den Namen ausrufen ist Sabyasaki, der professionell in Verhalten und sehr hilfreich ist. Leider traf er mit einem Unfall am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts und musste auf Kolkata verwiesen werden. Hoffnung ist in großer Gesundheit jetzt. Eines zu beachten ist die Bauarbeiten im Hotel, die die Kapazität von 40 bis 80 Zimmer verdoppeln, so scheint die Fassade schmutzig, auch minimal Lärm. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an alle, die sich für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt in Alipuruduar entscheiden.

This is a simple business hotel in the heart of the city. Penning down some pros and cons. Pros- recently renovated, ease of commute and helpful front office. Now the cons- no elevator, food is just too run down and average, too oily without any character, the geyser can be operated from the reception, so if you need hot water at unearthly hours you are without luck. Having said, this hotel has a lot of potential to be a nice and simple business hotel if the above issues are taken care of. Travel-led in end september

Yes, shivam hotel a good location near to the railway station & market. The hotel room price is also affordable between 500 to 2000 the room it's neat & clean. Food service is also available as you wish for customised food to be prepared. Overall good so i'm rating 5- excellent.

Location was very good surrounded by Tea Estate. Plan and layout of the facility was also good but the room in the cottage was a bit crammed and so was the attached toilet. Thus, comfort in stay was missing. Lack of training was also observed among the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The management needs to inject professionalism in the day to operations of the Resort.
