Ich habe dieses Zimmer kurzfristig für einen Kurztrip nach JB gebucht. Das Personal war sehr effizient und erklärte mir gleich nach der Buchung den Check-in-Prozess und die Details. Ich buchte um 15 Uhr und checkte um 17 Uhr ein. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles, was man braucht, und das Bett war super bequem. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Fernseher Apple AirPlay unterstützt und die LED-Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben zur Auswahl steht. Das bereitgestellte Wasser in Flaschen war ebenfalls eine nette Geste. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Toilette hat kein Bidet. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel! Had an add on of the breakfast at promotional price of 78 ringgit per pax and the buffet spread was awesome! The staff are courteous and welcoming, feel very warm each time we bump into them. There’s a pillow menu for you to choose & welcome cookies upon check in (very delicious)! The massage shop in the hotel called Swan Reflex was good and price is comparable with shops outside (had an additional discount for hotel guests). Hotel is about 10mins walk away from CIQ, abit difficult to walk now with the ongoing construction at the surrounding.

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt im Z Hotel.Spotless Zimmer, super freundliches Personal und eine unschlagbare Lage in der Nähe von allem. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel. 10/10 würde empfehlen

Location is good — very easy to grab around going KSL, mid valley. Room is Very spacious with large window of 2m. Shower pressure is good at 19th floor; but the bath tub leak(see picture ). Our bath towels look dirty and feel rough. Actually the bath mat looks cleaner and whiter than the bath towels. Breakfast spread is good but taste so so. Overall will recommend if you are not fussy. Most staffs are friendly.

Having stayed at Holiday Villa numerous times, I keep returning for one simple reason: consistency. It has become my go-to choice for trips to Johor Bahru, and it continues to deliver a reliable experience. Why I keep coming back:  Prime Location: Being located directly opposite KSL City Mall is incredibly convenient. You have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the cinema without the need to navigate heavy traffic or deal with long walks.  Hassle-Free Parking: This is a major selling point. Between the ease of self-parking and the convenience of the valet service (at a reasonable RM35), arrival and departure are always stress-free compared to the often chaotic access at the mall side.  Solid Breakfast: The breakfast variety is surprisingly good, with a nice spread that offers a solid start to the day. A Note on Value: I am fully aware that the room rates here are generally higher than at KSL Hotel. While it is a bit more of a premium, I find that the extra cost is absolutely justified by the seamless parking experience, the slightly quieter environment, and the overall maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you value efficiency, ease of access, and a hassle-free stay, the slight price premium is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning.

Location near to ferry terminal,easy access to and from terminal to hotel because both in same building but different level. Ferry terminal at level two. Hotel lobby at level one. Service ok. Breakfast ok many choices But negative points, within and surrounding hotel there are clubs, noisy at night that disturb peace especially if your room is at lower level. Here the clubs n shop in building serve n sell liquor too...saw drunk lady outside hotel at night. Feel uncomfortable. Car park n hotel use different lift so has to ask security guard how to get to hotel lobby after parking at multilevel car park. Quite complicated so need to ask specific directions to hotel lobby from car park . Hotel building not new, but clean, room quite spacious, superb view from room at level 15 overlooking the sea.

Our 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

Große Aufenthalt mit schöner Beleuchtung Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Wochenende auf dieser Wohnung. Der Ort sieht erstaunlich cool aus, vor allem mit LED-Beleuchtung, die die ganze Wohnung eine sehr moderne und gemütliche Vibe gibt. Die Kinder genossen absolut den Jacuzzi, der sicherlich eine der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts war. Insgesamt war alles bequem und wir hatten eine angenehme Erfahrung. Nur ein paar kleine Vorschläge, die den Aufenthalt noch besser machen könnten. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn zusätzliche Kunststoffbeutel für Gummi bereitgestellt werden könnten. Auch, einige zusätzliche Beleuchtung an der Make-up-Tisch wäre großartig, da es ziemlich dunkel ist und wir unsere Make-up mit dem Toilettenspiegel stattdessen zu tun. Ein weiterer Vorschlag wäre, einige TV-Kanäle aufzunehmen. Wenn sie mit älteren Familienmitgliedern reisen, bevorzugen sie normalen Fernsehen statt Netflix. Bereitstellung einiger zusätzlicher Handtücher wäre auch geschätzt. Die Sandalen waren gut, und der Bidet ist sicher ein großer Pluspunkt! Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden diesen Ort noch empfehlen.

Bequeme Lage. Das Personal am Concierge war professionell und freundlich. Die Lobby war sauber und modern mit einem sehr angenehmen Szene. Getränke wurden geliefert, was erfrischt. Das Zimmer mag es nicht. Es gab einen sehr starken, duftenden Geruch, der sich die ganze Zeit unterschluckte. Das Bett wurde gereinigt. Es gab einen Spiegel vor dem Bett, der mich etwas unbehaglich machte. Das Toilettenbad schien ein wenig Schock. Der Toilettenfluss war nicht stark, so musste manchmal zweimal fluss. Toilettenpapier war dünn. Es wurde keine Handwasche im Badegebiet geliefert. Nach dem Duschen war das Wasser überall auf dem angeblich trockenen Bereich, wodurch es nass. Insgesamt ist dieser Ort ok, wenn es für die Lage ist. Wenn es für den Komfort, vielleicht müssen Sie ins andere Hotel gehen
