I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Dieser Indigo hätte erst letztes Jahr renoviert werden sollen und Apples eigene Karte zeigt Holiday Choice. Ich habe viel im Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice übernachtet. Es ist auch neben dem Nordbahnhof und der U-Bahnstation, aber um von der Südstation nach New York zu gelangen. Am Eingang des Hotels gibt es einen Parkplatz und einen Parkservice. Beim Einchecken waren es leider 5°C draußen, und ich wechselte zum Aufheizen ins vierte Zimmer. Wenn Ihr Zimmer über eine kleine Klimaanlage verfügt, wie in Abbildung 4 gezeigt, ist die große Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich schlecht, und die kleine Klimaanlage kann auch schlecht sein, viel kälter als der Flur. Die Rezeption lässt die Leute es reparieren. (Gefälschte Dekoration) Wenn es nicht repariert wird, hilft es Ihnen, sich zu ändern. Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

Da ich Goldcard-Mitglied bin, bekomme ich jeden Tag ein Frühstück im Wert von 18 US-Dollar pro Person, was im Grunde völlig ausreichend ist. Das limitierte Wochenendmenü Hummer Benedict ist köstlich, ich empfehle, es zu bestellen. Unten gibt es auch ein Starbucks, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Immobilienpreise in Boston zu hoch sind und die Einrichtungen im Laden relativ alt sind.

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.

Direkt im Hafen gelegen, einem neueren Viertel, von dem aus viele wichtige Punkte der Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar sind, wie der Hafen, North End usw. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett und einladend. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, mit lustigen Lichtern zur Farbsteuerung. Ich hatte ein Eckzimmer mit Queensize-Bett gebucht, also war es ein bisschen größer, aber wie erwartet sind dies Mikrohotelzimmer, also viel kleiner als der Durchschnitt, kein Kühlschrank oder Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Das Bett fühlte sich jedoch definitiv nicht wie ein Queensize-Bett an. Sie brauchen auf jeden Fall eine Art Regal in den Duschen, wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Toilettenartikel benutzen, denn es gibt absolut keinen Platz, um sie unterzubringen. Außerdem leckt die Duschtür schrecklich, und obwohl der Boden zum Badezimmerbereich absolut wasserdicht ist, gab es trotzdem eine Sauerei. Badezimmer- und Bettbereich sind nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt, und die Wand zu Dusche und Toilette besteht nur aus einer klaren Glasscheibe.
