Citizenm Boston Back Bay

Sehr gut, sauber und modern, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Mein Aufenthalt im citizenM Boston war insgesamt hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der Hauptattraktionen, was das Herumkommen sehr einfach macht. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, sauber und ordentlich, und das Bett ist auch sehr bequem. Die öffentlichen Bereiche haben eine stilvolle und lebendige Atmosphäre, das Personal ist freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt insgesamt.

Our stay at the CitizenM Boston Back Bay was great. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous when assisting. The location is excellent for those who visit their college student. The room itself was comfortable and very high tech! The food was also good. There were only a couple of things I found that needs improvement: 1. Is to provide us with hand towels/washcloths. We only had two bath towels and no other towels to use when washing our hands. 2. We found that there were several strands of hair on the bed.

The location was great and beautiful however I fell ill and had food poisoning from another restaurant and was staying by myself and when I called reception they said there wasn’t anything they could do. I just wanted some water and they said they didn’t do room service so I had to drag myself out and get it myself. However room was beautiful with the view but I couldn’t access the share screen with Netflix which was a shame.

citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much.

Everything was amazing! Hotel was cleanly, service was immaculate, and the location was INCREDIBLE. The view is worth the price. We will be back again!

Very good view and convenient location. Next to berkelee and green line and bus downstairs can directly reach MIT and Havard.

Fantastic! From the exceptional customer service at a 2:40AM check in, to the immaculate room and excellent location CitizenM was more than I could have asked for. More than anything, I needed a relaxing, stress free weekend and this hotel delivered in spades. My son said it was very Millennial, but I don’t know what he meant. My room was efficiently designed with all the comforts of home. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Near Newbury Street, which has many restaurants and shops. My room offers a view of the Charles River and the opposite side of the river, which is wonderful. The common area in the lobby is friendly.

Great location next to the train station. Super convenient. It was a delightful experience, and it being a super smart hotel (controlled everything using an IPad) also made the experience very unique. I loved it and will come again. The view (after getting the premium) was incredible too. The room may be a little small, but it’s perfect for 1-2 people.
