We arrived at 3pm then proceed to check-in take us 45min ….. end up room not ready yet, then we plan to leave our luggage to hotel and go shopping at Midvalley but we have to line up again for 45min just to pass the luggage 😡😡 So, the whole process checkin, leave luggage to hotel ….5 pm we only get the key and walk in the room😮💨. Although we waited 2hr for checkin but I have to give thumbs up for the reception worker👍🏻, they are very polite , patient to explain the whole situation . I hope management will look in to this situation and don’t blame for holidays …many visitors … all these nonsense excuses

Ich habe dieses Zimmer kurzfristig für einen Kurztrip nach JB gebucht. Das Personal war sehr effizient und erklärte mir gleich nach der Buchung den Check-in-Prozess und die Details. Ich buchte um 15 Uhr und checkte um 17 Uhr ein. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles, was man braucht, und das Bett war super bequem. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Fernseher Apple AirPlay unterstützt und die LED-Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben zur Auswahl steht. Das bereitgestellte Wasser in Flaschen war ebenfalls eine nette Geste. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Toilette hat kein Bidet. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal definitiv wieder hier buchen.

This place is not easy to find for a 1st time ppl like us, you need to go up to level 2 and took a lift to level 4 reception counter, the pkace is hot with out aircon, they only allow yoy to check in at 3pm, but if you are early you can still do a registion first, they were collect $150/- from you as a deposit, need to keep the receipt, check out time is 11am.I got a free upgrade to a 2+1 single room at 60 floor towel b, at 3pm we check in given 1 lift card +1 key card,the room is spacious and clear, with living room , kitchen ware provided,the nightmare came after check in 1 hrs later it start to rain heavily, and we discover that the master room is fooder with water coming from outside, and the living room too, I quicky took a video and go down to report, the staff actual aware this defect, it been happen bf, they said will send the housekeeping ppl up to clear up, yes about 10mins later a staff came to do the clearing then left.But another five mins someone knock my door and just open without said, 2 staffs came to do the clearing i told them already done then they left again. I don't find it safe for the way they handle this issue, the door don't have a hole for us to view the person outside, there's no phone inside the room also, some more the lift is slow...there's no umbrella at the reception counter when we want to borrow due to raining, the staff there is ok, and 1 more issues is from the instance heater shower head tube is leak while bathing also...the price is reasonable, the location is good for foodie and near KSL 5 mins walking distance , but why the pool is under maintain till 12/06 never listed at the trip.com ,i thought i can swim, now only the gym is available, even I ask about the ktv also fully booked, i will come back again only if i can see some improvement in future.

Having stayed at Holiday Villa numerous times, I keep returning for one simple reason: consistency. It has become my go-to choice for trips to Johor Bahru, and it continues to deliver a reliable experience. Why I keep coming back:  Prime Location: Being located directly opposite KSL City Mall is incredibly convenient. You have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the cinema without the need to navigate heavy traffic or deal with long walks.  Hassle-Free Parking: This is a major selling point. Between the ease of self-parking and the convenience of the valet service (at a reasonable RM35), arrival and departure are always stress-free compared to the often chaotic access at the mall side.  Solid Breakfast: The breakfast variety is surprisingly good, with a nice spread that offers a solid start to the day. A Note on Value: I am fully aware that the room rates here are generally higher than at KSL Hotel. While it is a bit more of a premium, I find that the extra cost is absolutely justified by the seamless parking experience, the slightly quieter environment, and the overall maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you value efficiency, ease of access, and a hassle-free stay, the slight price premium is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning.

Hier war es für 2 Nächte. Alles war großartig, außer für den Klimaanlagen und das Warmwassersystem. Es war nicht konsistent. 2 Zimmer geändert. 1 Zimmer hatte Wasserprobleme, während der nächste war Aircon. Sprichwort an den Manager versteht viel mehr über die Probleme. Gute Lage insgesamt. Park war schwer zu erreichen. Nicht so angenehm.

Our 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

Ich habe Club Suite gebucht, um das geräumige Zimmer zu genießen. Meine Schlüssel funktionierten nicht. Ich ging um zu widerstehen, zweimal zu ändern, kann noch nicht arbeiten. Nur wenn ich aus dem Abendessen zurückkam, können die Schlüssel endlich zu dem Zimmer kommen. TV kann keinen Zugang zu einem anderen Kanal haben.  Es gibt keine Gewebeboxen im Zimmer nur Toilettenpapiere. Das Zimmer wird als neu renoviert angekündigt, aber das Klimaanlage sieht aus, das Zimmer scheint dimmer oder einige Lichter fehlen. Obwohl die Einrichtungen/Ausstattung nicht den Erwartungen eines Club Suite-Zimmers entsprechen, ist der Service aller Mitarbeiter gut. Sie sind freundlich, näher zu fassen und hilfreich.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel! Had an add on of the breakfast at promotional price of 78 ringgit per pax and the buffet spread was awesome! The staff are courteous and welcoming, feel very warm each time we bump into them. There’s a pillow menu for you to choose & welcome cookies upon check in (very delicious)! The massage shop in the hotel called Swan Reflex was good and price is comparable with shops outside (had an additional discount for hotel guests). Hotel is about 10mins walk away from CIQ, abit difficult to walk now with the ongoing construction at the surrounding.

Location is good — very easy to grab around going KSL, mid valley. Room is Very spacious with large window of 2m. Shower pressure is good at 19th floor; but the bath tub leak(see picture ). Our bath towels look dirty and feel rough. Actually the bath mat looks cleaner and whiter than the bath towels. Breakfast spread is good but taste so so. Overall will recommend if you are not fussy. Most staffs are friendly.
