Great hotel with warm, prompt, and attentive hospitality. I really appreciated the pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more comfortable at night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. One small improvement would be having Netflix available on the TV, which would make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

This used to be my favourite hotel in Bukit Indah. However, the price of the hotel has increased but not the service, nor the amenities. The hotel no longer provides a hand towel or the slipper. All these little touches were removed, might be due to cost savings measures.

Erschwingliches Hotel mit einem geräumigen Zimmer, das eine zusätzliche Bedingung (zusätzlich zu einem Preis von 151.20 RM) bietet. Zimmerpreise sind inklusive ergänzendes Frühstück für 2 Erwachsene. Sie können beim Zähler für Kinder über 6 Jahre hinzukommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem Mid Valley-Station, die vom Hotel sehr zugänglich ist. Front Desk war schnell mit unserem Einchecken und Zimmerservice war hilfreich bei der Einrichtung des zusätzlichen Bettes für uns. Sehr empfohlen für kurze Familienaufenthalte über Wochenenden!

Badekleider Material weich und wie Teddy Bär furry 🤣🤣 Kaffee- und Waschmaschinen funktionieren gut, sogar mit einem Detergent. Einige Verbesserungen machen es perfekter: 1) Küchenhandtücher könnte für leichte Kochkunst benötigen 2) Haustiere freundliche Aufzug ist leicht geluft, Aufzug läuft in Lärm

Von der Pov von anderen Gästen ist es ein sehr vielfältiges schlechtes Hotel. Intercom funktionierte nicht, das Internet funktionierte nicht und DRILLING INTENTIONAL GEGEN Pläne, mich zu stören. All das war nicht von der Hotelverwaltung getan, aber sie kooperierten hilflos in allen Fällen. Shows Hotel ist nicht wirklich unter der Kontrolle der Management, sondern jemand anderes. Aber ich genossen den Aufenthalt. Alles, was ich will, ist Beweis für eine gemeinsame Verschwörung und ich habe, was ich wollte. an jedem Ort, wo ich besuche, geschieht Bohrungen, die beweisen, dass jeder Mensch nach der Anweisung eines anderen Leben leitet, um Namen zu gewinnen und nicht sein eigenes Leben führen. Nur durch das Einsenden dieser Videos in Youtube kann ich die Welt dazu bringen, das zu verstehen.

Loved the breakfast, the live station for eggs were amazing. Omelette was the best! Gym was a bit old looking, ran outside the hotel instead. Would be great if it’s a smart TV in the room as it currently does not have Netflix or could cast over from your phone. Hotel was spacious and water pressure was great. Location was good, nearby to food restaurants and cafe and a massage reflexology.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das gut ist, schöne Dekor in Bezug auf ästhetische, Dusche Druck ist gut, neben dem Mall in demselben Gebäude, das bequem ist, aber die Lage ist ziemlich schlammig, um zu und aus dem Hotel zu kommen. Das Bett ist auf der harten Seite, die mir nicht gefällt und die Schranke ist sehr grundlegende für diesen Preispunkt. Ansichten waren groß so waren die Einrichtungen

Das Front Desk war sehr hilfreich, beantwortete alle Fragen und registrierte unser Auto über whatapp. Thai Restaurant in der Nähe des Marina Hotel war gut. Frisches Meeresfrüchte in Gelang Paah Pendekar Laut, wo wir die Meeresfrüchte rm60 gekauft und den Kaffee für uns kochen rm116 für 6 Pax zahlen.

Warm Service but Disappointing Café Incident on 13 September 2026 I hadn’t returned to this hotel for almost two years, so I was curious to see how it had changed. Once my “home away from home,” it now feels like a mixed experience. Service The main reason I continue to return is Ms. Vimala, the Front Desk Manager. She is warm, courteous and respectful, remembers me by name, and showed me genuine kindness and support during a difficult period in my life. Her compassion, professionalism and personal attention make me feel truly welcome. She remains a major reason I return regularly for a break from Singapore’s fast-paced life. Mr. Fadhli at the café was also very friendly and recognised me, even asking why I hadn’t returned for almost two years. It was genuinely nice to feel welcomed back. Unfortunately, the experience took an unpleasant turn when Chef Norazman confronted my partner over a plate we were taking back to our room. He pointed angrily at us. We had informed the café staff, as we had done before in the past, and had always returned the plate afterwards. I understand that Chef Norazman may not have known us or been aware of this arrangement. However, his manner was completely inappropriate. He pointed his finger at my partner while reprimanding him and then continued questioning me angrily about whether I was “very sure” that we had informed the staff. There was no need for the accusatory tone or finger-pointing. I was extremely disappointed and, utterly, disgusted by the manner in which we were confronted. He eventually walked away without offering any apology or attempt to clarify the situation respectfully. A simple, polite question would have been sufficient. Guests should not be made to feel accused or humiliated, particularly when they have already informed the staff. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and address how such situations are handled in future. Rooms The rooms appear cleaner than before, and I was pleased to see Smart TVs. With limited shopping nearby, it is convenient to relax with Netflix or YouTube after a walk along the waterfront. Breakfast The breakfast experience was disappointing. The café feels tired, the floor was sticky as though rice had been left behind, and the selection remains limited with little variety. More attention to cleanliness and food choices would make a noticeable difference.Despite having a chef with a strong and aggressive character, the food has not changed a bit since two years ago. Location The area has changed considerably, with several attractions gone and fewer activities nearby. The waterfront, however, remains a pleasant place for a relaxing walk. Overall I still return mainly because of the warmth and professionalism of Ms. Vimala and the peaceful waterfront. Those are the two things that continue to make this place special to me. However, the breakfast experience and, especially, the way the café incident was handled were disappointing. I hope management will address these areas so that returning guests continue to feel welcomed and respected.
