Ich habe dieses Hotel für meinen Familienurlaub ausgewählt und hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im 35. Stock. . . Der Raum kann die Kamei-Wasserfälle sehen. Tagsüber gibt es Regenbögen und nachts sind Laternen zu sehen. . . Man kann es sich gemütlich im Hotel anschauen, wenn man früh aufsteht. Es ist einfach ein schönes Leben! !
Auch die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Suite verfügt über zwei extra große 1,83-Meter-Betten, in denen man sehr bequem schlafen kann... Der Hotelpool und das Fitnessstudio sind beide gut!

Unser Zimmer war sauber und zufriedenstellend. Die Vordertafel-Personen waren alle so freundlich bei der Eincheckung und sie waren sehr eifersüchtig, uns mit Fragen zu helfen, die wir hatten. Es bot ein kontinentales Frühstück, das in einer Größenordnung von 1-10 a 5. Was sie hatten, war wenig zu wählen. Es war großartig, wenn Sie nur Brotbagel oder warmes Oatmeal wollten. Es war nicht viel zu wählen von danach
Alles in allem. Ich würde nochmal aufgrund des Kostümservices auf dem Frontdesk bleiben. Sie waren alle Top-Notch und sehr freundlich.
Wir haben auch das Hotelrestaurant gegessen. Die Würde war sehr willkommen und lustig wie eine Hühner. Meine Fraus Hühner sah und geschmackvoll aus. Das empfohlene Bier war nichts zu Hause.

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it.
CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors.
SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams.
CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that.
If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal.
Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up.
The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

In town for a basketball showcase for my daughter and had a great experience staying here. We booked the large room with a pull out couch and was very pleased with the room. Lots of space, clean and the staff was excellent and very friendly. If I had a complaint because there’s no such thing as perfection; the beds weren’t the most comfortable but they did the job.
Overall great experience with my family of 5. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the breakfast was excellent 👌🏼

GGastnutzerDieses Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist nahe zu allen Hauptattraktionen. Die Einrichtungen sind gut, ich konnte ihren Schwimmbad und andere Unterhaltungseinrichtungen nutzen. Ich würde nächstes Mal in Ottawa in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben.

GGastnutzerAlles war gut, außer dass die Warteschlange zu lang war, die Check-in-Warteschlange war super langsam, jeder musste zehn Minuten lang einchecken, ich weiß nicht, warum ich der Schnellste war, aber es wurde in weniger als einer Minute gelöst Minute.

GGastnutzerI decided to stay in a 4 room mixed hostel for 3 nights. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff. Check in was very easy. The staff were very helpful as this is my 2nd time staying in a hostel. They explained how the hostel works and what was expected and how to access the different parts of the rooms and were I would be staying. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was provided with a keycard which provided me access to the hostel. The hostel appears to be very secure due to the keycard system as you need to use it to access different sections of the hostel (main check in room, common room, hostel floor levels, hostel rooms, etc). I was very happy about this as it provides some level of safety for those staying there.
The room I stayed in was clean. Beds were nice and clean. Beds also had a night light to use for reading and multiple electrical outlets. Lockers were provided in the room and were nice and big to store your personal belongings such as clothes and backpacks, etc. Room was warm and easy to breathe in.
Free Wifi was good and signal strength worked through out the entire hostel so I could access simple internet and messages if needed.
Showers were clean as was the bathrooms on the floor I was provided. Free clean towels are available upon request. Shower room had shampoo and bodywash available which was nice to see.
2 Nice common rooms to sit down and watch tv or just sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
There is a nice big common kitchen room with 2 stoves, 2 big sinks and 2 huge refrigerators. The hostel has lots of plates, utensil, appliances and various household items you would find in your kitchen at home. The hostel kitchen was well stocked. Kitchen was clean and organized and could accommodate lots of people. Nice fridge to store your items that need refrigeration.
The area in which the hostel was located was very nice as everything was within walking distance of less then 5 minutes to 10 minutes. This includes many restaurants, convenience stores, coffee stores, grocery stores, banks and much more. The stores all seemed to operate late hours and some were 24 hours.
Free breakfast was provided which was nice. Simple but nothing extravagant. Various types of bagels, cream cheese, various cereals, fruits, fresh coffee, tea and other items you would expect.
The only downside was the furnace/heater mounted in the corner of the room was loud at night and seemed like it was on its last legs as it sounded like car engine. Staff were friendly and said they could provide me another room in the morning if it was a problem and said they would let management to look into heater for repair.
The only thing I could say I would recommend to the hostel is for any type of improvement to have some safety grab bars installed in the stand in shower room stall as the floor does become slippery.
Other then that the hostel was nice, safe and staff were friendly/helpful, clean and everyone staying there was friendly or quite as well.
The price was affordable and I would honestly recommend this place if you needed a place to stay without breaking the bank.
Would honestly give 4.5/5 for based on my stay.

MM220415****Einrichtungen: Das alte Hotel und das umliegende Restaurant gibt es nicht viel. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Wasserpark und kann mit Kindern spielen. Aber es ist ähnlich wie der Wasserpark in der Stadt im Land.
Gesundheit: Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber das Wasser im Wasserpark ist nicht sehr sauber.
Umgebung: Das Hotel ist alt, das Parken ist zusätzlich gezahlt. Die umliegenden Restaurants sind viel, aber es ist schwieriger, das Hotelzimmer ist besonders schlecht. Es gibt eine Schnee im Freien um die Mitternacht. Es ist besonders schneebeständig, aber dieser Preis ist noch ein Fahrrad.
Dienst: Es gibt im Grunde keinen Service, keine Gepäcktasche können gespeichert werden, aber! Für diesen Preis sollten Sie nicht auf dem Fahrrad fahren.

Das Essen (im Casino) im Ca su al war gut.
Die Noodle Box?? war jedoch stark unterbesetzt. Die Wartezeit dort betrug etwa 40-45 Minuten und unsere Bestellungen waren falsch, als wir sie erhielten. Wir wollten nicht länger auf eine korrigierte Bestellung warten. Eine der Bestellungen war gut, die andere ungenießbar.
Haben Hamburger vom Big Smoke bekommen, die verbrannt waren.
Der Bagel von Tim Hortons war gut.

BBrandi C.Das Badezimmer war etwas eng, aber das Gebäude wurde 1929 gebaut, also ist das verständlich. Das Badezimmer könnte allerdings eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, da die Tapete alt und ziemlich unattraktiv ist und dem dreistufigen Regal ein Glasregal fehlte (und bei einem so kleinen Badezimmer braucht man so viel Platz wie möglich!). Abgesehen davon hatte das Zimmer eine anständige Größe und die Kissen und die Matratze waren äußerst bequem. Wir bevorzugen kratzige Handtücher und die, die wir in unserem Zimmer hatten, waren die kratzigsten Handtücher, die wir je in einem Hotel bekommen haben, also ist das ein Pluspunkt. Darüber hinaus waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und das Gebäude/Anwesen wurde sauber und ordentlich gehalten, selbst bei so viel Betrieb wie während unseres Aufenthalts (während der Hochsaison). Wenn Sie in der Nähe des ganzen Trubels von Clifton Hill sein möchten und einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang zu den Wasserfällen nicht scheuen, ist das Crowne Plaza eine schöne Unterkunft. Passen Sie aber auf, dass Sie nicht an der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz an der Falls Avenue vorbeifahren, denn diese sieht aus wie ein Gehweg und nicht wie eine Einfahrt (sie liegt direkt hinter dem kleinen „Crowne Plaza“-Schild)!

GGastnutzerThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

AAlanSpivackEin großes Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage. Der Radisson Blu befindet sich direkt am Hafen. Es ist von ikonischen Lagen, großen Restaurants und Attraktionen umgeben. Der CN Tower und das Roger Center sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Sie können sich entlang der Hafen-Bordwale oder in einem schönen Kaffee sitzen und sehen Flugzeuge aus und landen am kleinen Inselflughafen direkt über das Wasser.

GGastnutzerBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

BBarryWooRoom cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd.
We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers..
A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out.
In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.
