PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower! No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms. They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options. Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.

Awesome stay! Can't say one bad thing about this place. The location is perfect along with the rooms themselves. Beds are also very comfortable. Would stay again!

Das Personal ist so willkommen und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und eine nette Größe. Das kontinentale Frühstück hat eine große Vielfalt. Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier und ich empfehle es sehr.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut beleuchtet, sauber, ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ein großer Platz für Familienausflüge und auch für Konvents. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich hatte war, war es keine Tee in dem Zimmer, nur sehr gut Expresso Kaffee und mehr Geräte-Plug-ins für USB oder USB-c ohne zu finden elektrische Ausgänge für Blöcke. Das Zimmer, das wir hätten ein wenig größere und geräumiger für den Preis gezahlt haben können. Es war ein langes Zimmer, aber für den Aufzug und die Eismaschine zugänglich und das Boden ist seltsam und könnte plusier sein. (321) Ich mag die Lichter, die automatisch unter dem Bett aufgehen, wenn ich in der Nacht aufstehe. Ich hatte 2 Queen Betten, die komfortabel sind. Der Pool ist wunderbar und so ist die heiße Rohr, die groß ist( kann sich 10 bequem anpassen). Die Kabinen sind wunderbare Einrichtungen. . Wie die Nähe zu Spaßplätze, Restaurants und Bars und Geschäfte-alle innerhalb der Grenzen des Hard Rock Hotel. Wichtige Anregung: Da das Hotel an andere Unternehmen gebunden ist, ist Sicherheit wichtig. 1. Vielleicht haben Sie eine Tor in das Hotel richtig mit einem Sicherheitsbeamten oder bezahlte Gäste könnten den Zimmerschlüssel verwenden, um das Hotel aus dem Emporium oder andere Unternehmen wie Restaurants zu erreichen.  2. Verwenden Sie den Raumschlüssel zum Betrieb des Aufzugs, so dass keine anderen Personen, die nicht zugelassen sind, in die Zimmerboden eintreten können. Wird sicher noch einmal dort bleiben. Geschätzt, dass Sie spät auschecken. Rezeption Mädchen sind höflich und sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

The Pod Inn Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Toronto, and the place is clean with amenities suitable for a quick overnight stay. However, it was my first time sleeping in a pod-style space, and it really creeped me out. My claustrophobia kicked in, the ventilation felt poor, and the pod itself was much tighter than expected. Even my wife was shocked at how squeezed the space was, and the clip fan didn’t make the experience any more comfortable. For the sake of convenience and to avoid being late for an early morning appointment, it served its purpose. I would still recommend it to backpackers or travellers who just need a simple place to sleep. But if you have extra budget, a conventional hotel or motel is definitely better for a proper night’s rest. Overall, it’s not for me, I’d only consider staying here again if I needed a last-minute stop without bringing any luggage.

Wir waren in Zimmer 903, es hatte eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Horseshoe Falls! Die Betten waren wunderbar. Viele Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parken ist teuer, also zahlten wir 20 $ pro Nacht in einem Hotel einen Block weiter. Die Außenseite unserer riesigen Fenster war sehr schmutzig, was enttäuschend war, wenn man bedenkt, wie sehr wir die Aussicht genießen wollten. Als wir nach einer zusätzlichen Decke fragten, teilte uns die Rezeption mit, dass sie keine zusätzlichen Decken hätten! Lächerlich. Die Preise für den Zimmerservice waren ziemlich hoch, also ließen wir das aus.

The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel stay the view of the fall was beautiful. But the turtle Jack’s restaurant was not good. Do not order the French dip. All it was was fat stringy fat.

Overnight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant.  I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!
