Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Der gesamte Raum fühlt sich künstlerisch und ruhig. Das Eigentum ist überall umgeben von reichlich Grünland und Pflanzen, vor allem im Freien, was die Umwelt frisch und natürlich fühlt. Setzen und aussehen zu den Bamboo-Wäldern ist unglaublich friedlich und bedenklich. Ob das Wetter sonnig oder wolkenig ist, bleibt die Atmosphäre ebenso angenehm und charmant. Ein weiteres wunderschönes Detail ist der nahe gelegene Strom Sie können den sanften Sound von fließenden Wasser hören, was noch mehr Ruhe zum Aufenthalt hinzufügt. Die Gäste sind sehr freundlich, willkommen und aufmerksam, so dass sich die Gäste bequem fühlen, fast wie sie in ihrer eigenen natürlichen Heimatumgebung. Die Gäste, die dort bleiben, sind auch respektvoll und angenehm, tragen zur ruhigen Atmosphäre bei. Der Transport ist auch sehr bequem, mit Taxis schnell und zuverlässig ankommen. Es gibt ein nahe gelegenes Dorf namens Yucun, das schön zu besuchen ist, und viele Szenenbereiche rund um das Hotel sind auch leicht zugänglich. Insgesamt ist dies ein idealer Ort für jeden, der nach Frieden sucht, schönes Design, Natur und eine wirklich entspannende Erfahrung in Moganshan.

Der Service an der Rezeption war effizient und herzlich. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl, und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht von der Aussichtsplattform ist fantastisch und perfekt für schöne Fotos. Im Streichelzoo gab es viele Tiere, was die Kinder sehr glücklich gemacht hat. Der Pool und die Freizeiteinrichtungen waren erstklassig, und es gab eine Fülle an Familienaktivitäten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was die Urlaubsatmosphäre perfekt abrundete. Sowohl Erwachsene als auch Kinder haben sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Ziling Mountain View Suite. The entire villa is beautifully decorated but in a way that feels lived in rather than pretentious. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the mountains. If you are a book-lover like me, you will enjoy the villa and rooms even more because there are shelves full of books everywhere you look. When you are not seeing books, you are seeing the stunning gardens or views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the daybed in our suite, covered in colourful pillows with a window that perfectly frames the mountain view and we spent evenings curled up there with books. During the day we were in search of hikes and our host, who loves to travel and hike himself, had lots of thoughtful recommendations. There is a very steep (and beautiful) trail just steps away from the house that leads you up the mountain through bamboo forest, past a local temple, and up to a field with sweeping views. We had both breakfast and dinner at the villa and the food was incredible, including very fresh fruit and vegetables, simple and delicious noodles, and beautifully cooked pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. We were also treated to homemade Tiramisu (made by the owner). It feels like the owner genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful property with guests and finding ways to help make your experience unique and memorable. This was my first time in China and warm and generous hosts like this, combined with the beauty of the area, make me eager to return.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Wochenende Getaway von Shanghai. Unser Aufenthalt in Arcadia war erstaunlich, in einem schönen Bergtal von MoganShan gelegen die Einrichtung war perfekt für einen entspannenden Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und das Essen war immer lecker und frisch für uns bereit. Wir verbrachten die meisten unserer Zeit im Pool oder im Jacuzzi. Es ist auch ein schöner Ort, um Ihren Hund mit einem verschlossenen Garten und viel Platz zu bringen. Sicherlich empfehlen Sie zu bleiben!

Der Chef hat ein Gefühl von Familienzurück sehr enthusiastisch. Die Leute dort haben ihre Augen geblüht, wenn sie besonders viele Wahlen haben. Sie gingen in die Hühnersuppe im Kommentarbereich. Sie sagten, der Chef habe gute Handlungen geschmackt. Es ist wirklich unfair. Es hat echte Truthühner und Ölsaaten gegessen. Wenn Sie den Mogan Mountain sind, ist es wirklich anders, wenn Sie einen Neuen sind. Es ist eine sehr schlanke Bergstraße und es ist schwer, in beide Richtungen zu fahren. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Zimmer etwas kalt ist in der Nacht. Im Grunde sind sie gut.

We chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

Das Zimmer entspricht den Werbebildern, ist sehr sauber und warm! Es ist auch die zufriedenstellendste Privatunterkunft auf dieser Reise. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Der Fahrkartenschalter der Beigaofeng-Seilbahn ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch der Lingyin-Tempel ist ganz in der Nähe. Ich ging um 6:30 Uhr zum Tempel, frühstückte und ging dann zurück zur Privatunterkunft, um zu duschen und mich auszuruhen. Es war so praktisch. So konnte ich den Spitzenzeiten perfekt aus dem Weg gehen! Alle hier sind sehr freundlich, und die Besitzerin hat uns auch begeistert Köstlichkeiten aus der Umgebung empfohlen, um Fallstricke zu vermeiden! Ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich wieder nach Lingyin komme!

Das ist das meiste Designer, das ich jemals in 10 Jahren gesehen habe, ob es sich um einen Liebesurlaub handelt oder um eine Unternehmensvereinigung handelt. Unterhaltungsfotos können zufrieden sein, besonders Fotos, jeder Ecke ist sehr wunderbar. Ich bin bereit, die Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens im Mai zu vereinen, drücken Sie diese Familie, nicht zu bedauern 👍

The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor. The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big. The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her. The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good. I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..
