"Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!"

"The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

"Das Zimmer war durchschnittlich, der Balkon alt und das Bett wackelig, selbst beim Umdrehen. Es war unordentlich und die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Familie kochte selbst und das Zimmer wurde vor ihrer Abreise gereinigt. Der Vermieter verlangte keine Kaution. Wir hatten zuvor ein Zimmer im 3. Stock gemietet; die Wohnungen in diesem Gebäude sind alle ähnlich. Die Zimmer im 3. Stock kosten etwa 500 RMB, die im 4. Stock etwa 400 RMB – man bekommt, was man bezahlt. Allerdings sind die Zimmer im 3. Stock nur geringfügig besser ausgestattet. Der Preis könnte an der Hochsaison im Sommer liegen. Die Unterkunft liegt ganz in der Nähe der Taiyangwan Road; man kann morgens spazieren gehen oder zum Taiyangwan Beach fahren. Sie ist eine gute Option, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Wer hohe Hygieneansprüche hat, sollte sich nach Alternativen umsehen. Etwa 320 RMB wären angemessen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig; man benötigt ein Auto, um sich fortzubewegen. Vom Balkon aus hat man nur Blick auf die Berge in der Umgebung. Man sieht definitiv kein Meer. Dies ist nur ein Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste; bedenken Sie es selbst. Essen und Fortbewegung sind etwas umständlich. Es ist jedoch die nächstgelegene Pension zu Taiyangwan."

"Das Apartment war toll, und der Meerblick war echt. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war kostenlos. Der nahegelegene Bauernmarkt von Yingzhou und die Clearwater Bay sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das nahegelegene New Village ist in etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Monkey Island, New Village, die Tanka-Fischfarmen, das Museum und der Mangrovenpark liegen alle in dieser Gegend. Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann seinen Service, insbesondere den Zimmerservice, verbessern. Auch wenn einige Mitarbeiter Praktikanten waren, ist das keine Entschuldigung für den schlechten Service. Tägliche Sauberkeit ist das absolute Minimum. Gäste, die aus einem Sternehotel kommen, werden einen deutlichen Unterschied feststellen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Komfort der Betten könnten verbessert werden. Besonders die Tatami-Matratze in meinem Zimmer war praktisch unbrauchbar, viel zu unbequem. Mein Aufenthalt hier war wunderbar, und ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen."

"Das Frühlingsfest ist einfach zu spielen, und es ist auch billig, der Pool ist fantastisch! Der unabhängige Gartenpool ist auch sauber und das Foto ist sehr großartig. "房間面積特別寬敞，日常活動完全不會覺得侷促，住起來舒適度拉滿，房間還配了桌球桌，空閑的時候能打兩局放鬆一下，最驚喜的是房間自帶觀景陽台，站在上面往遠處看，無遮擋的大海和海邊的燈塔直接映入眼簾。"

"We stayed at Sanya Yalong Bay Dream Tours Bay Resort Pool Villa for 5 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 8 nights—which probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed it. We originally booked only a few nights to make sure the accommodation met our expectations, and it definitely did. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very spacious. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our family. Our two kids had plenty of room to play indoors, making it feel much more like a home than a hotel room. The swimming pool was another highlight. It is large, clean, and great for both adults and children. The only minor issue is that some of the tiles on the pool stairs could use renovation, as the edges can scratch your legs if you're not careful. The management deserves special praise. They create a WeChat group upon arrival, making communication incredibly easy. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, replaced all towels, and even provided extra ones when needed. One thing worth mentioning is the location. The map on Trip.com shows the location of the resort's villas, not the apartment buildings where we stayed. This was a surprise at first, but the apartments are actually located next to Yalong Bay Outlets and the Bank of China Yalong Bay Branch. Yalong Bay Beach is not within comfortable walking distance, but a DiDi taxi takes only about 5 minutes and is very inexpensive, so it was never an issue. The only other minor inconvenience was that the elevator key card occasionally didn't work smoothly, but it was a small issue and didn't affect our stay. This is an excellent choice for families looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay. If you're planning to eat out frequently, keep in mind that Yalong Bay has relatively limited dining options. We often took a taxi to the Dadonghai area, where there is a much wider selection of restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Sanya."

"Schönes Apartment mit herrlichem Meerblick. Der Check-in war etwas schwierig; wir konnten die Rezeption nicht finden. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock, Zimmer 206, im zweiten Gebäude (dem mittleren Gebäude). Das Zimmer ist etwas abgewohnt, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. An der Rezeption kann man Gerichte bestellen. Das Meer ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir sind zum Essen in die Altstadt gefahren, die man in 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi erreicht. Man kann auch laufen, aber die Straße ist dunkel und führt teilweise über die Straße. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants mit lokaler Küche, einen Markt und Geschäfte. Am Pool gibt es nicht viele Liegestühle, und nach 14:00 Uhr liegt der Pool im Schatten des Gebäudes. Am Meer gibt es weder Liegestühle noch Sonnenschirme, auch keine zum Mieten. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen; wir waren eine Woche dort."
