Was für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist klassisch und die Zimmer hatten den kulturellen Kontakt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vor allem das Brot gut. Der Service war auch gut. Es gab viele Orte im Hotel für Fotos. Wird wieder gehen, wenn nicht, dass die Reise dort nur zu weit von Hanoi ist.

Das erste Mal in Sapa und für eine Nacht hier übernachtet. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, dass uns sogar mit Namen angesprochen hat. Ausserdem wurde uns proaktiv ein Late Check-Out angeboten. So konnten wir uns nach der Wanderung nochmal frisch machen. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Aussicht ist wunderbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

- Wir kamen um 23:00 Uhr in Sapa an, wir erhielten eine WhatsApp-Nachricht, er sagte, dass er der Rezeptionist im Hotel ist, es ist spät, warum sind wir noch nicht zum Einchecken gekommen und waren wir schon in Sapa? Wir waren überrascht, bei dem kalten Wetter sehr spät in Sapa anzukommen, aber es gibt Nachrichten, die nach unserer Reise fragen und interessiert sind, er heißt Sinh - Keyni, er hat ein Taxi gerufen, um uns zum Hotel abzuholen - Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und im fünften Stock, aber das Wetter hier ist Winterzeit, also sehr neblig und regnet, wir können nur ein bisschen das Tal hinunter sehen, das Frühstück so schön mit Essen ist sehr vielfältig. - Dies ist das erste Hotel in Vietnam, das uns eine so großartige Erfahrung bietet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Keyni und Ihr Team.

Clean room and they do have heater if you are going there during the cold season. Staff are friendly. However, I am not very happy with the breakfast. Requested for the pineapple pancake, and one of the staff she got the order wrong and give me a banana pancake. Told her, she went back to the kitchen and just put pineapple onto the banana pancake for me. Clarify but she insist that’s pineapple pancake. This is a disappointment. Due to double pan fry, it is way too oily. What I can say is, the guy staff at the counter is good and welcoming. Not for the female.

Dieses Hotel war gut gelegen n Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf den See, der 2 Minuten zu Fuß war. Betten sehr komfortabel, Dusche schön, mini-Kühlschrank, großes Buffet Frühstück, große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Personal angenehmen und hilfsbereit. Nur eine Nacht leider geblieben.

Unser letzter Aufenthalt im Aliana Sapa Hotel war einfach unglaublich. Wir kamen früh um 6 Uhr morgens aus Hanoi an, aber das Hotel war nicht geöffnet. Wir warteten bis etwa 7 Uhr morgens und das Personal an der Hotelrezeption – Chau Thi Hong Lien – sorgte dafür, dass wir früher eincheckten. Ich denke auch, weil es im Hotel nicht so viele Gäste gab. Diese kleine Geste hat unseren Tag bereichert, da wir 12 Stunden am Stück unterwegs waren. Lien begrüßte uns nicht nur herzlich, sondern gab uns auch fantastische Empfehlungen für unsere Fansipan-Wanderung und die Suche nach einem lokalen Privatführer zur Erkundung des Hmong-Dorfes. Auch der Preis, den wir für die private Tour bezahlt haben, war wirklich angemessen. Das Frühstück war gut und die Angestellten im Restaurant waren alle sehr höflich und nett. Wird à la carte serviert. Ich empfehle Ihnen, den Brei, die Kürbissuppe, die Karottensuppe und das Rührei zu probieren. Das Hotel liegt abseits der Hektik der Stadt Sapa, aber das ist gut so. Es ist immer noch zu Fuß erreichbar und die Nähe zum Mgallery Metropole Hotel und zum Sun Plaza ist ein Vorteil für die Erkundung der Gegend. Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig und dank des fleißigen Reinigungspersonals makellos sauber. Und dieser Balkonblick war geradezu atemberaubend. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Aliana Sapa Hotel mit seinem exzellenten Service, dem freundlichen Personal, dem unglaublichen Restaurant und den komfortablen Zimmern ein verstecktes Juwel in Sapa ist.
