Easy to commute good complimentary breakfast food prices are reasonable cons staff not very supportive and flexible money minded mindset for hotel workers cleanliness can be improved

We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the orchid restaurant served by our lovely and attentive Princi She was very sweet and hospitable We were ungraded to a suite room And offered a choice of dining options The skyhaus on the top floor is beautiful and the view is lovely

Excellent hotel with good food , ambience ,good chefs and hospitality staff. We stayed for a day and had a good experience. It's at approx 15 mins distance from major tourist attractions in Mysore. The surroundings of hotel is peaceful as it is little bit in outskirts of Mysore

I had the pleasure of and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, this restaurant truly shines. *Ambiance:* 5/5 The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the elegant décor and cozy atmosphere. The dim lighting, plush seating, and soft background music created an intimate setting perfect for a night out. *Food:* 5/5 The menu offered an impressive range of options . The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were expertly balanced. Each bite was a masterclass in texture and taste. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality of ingredients shone through. *Service:* 5/5 The staff, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Orders were taken promptly, and dishes arrived in a timely manner. The staff's enthusiasm for the menu was infectious, making our dining experience even more good.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family and it is very close to the railway station which is hardly one km away. The hotel appears big and the room was also spacious with hot water facility 24 hours. The room service was also prompt and each day as and when we asked for room cleaning it was done well. It is a budget hotel but bigger in size. The breakfast menu was very normal and limited and mostly repeated on all days. We were given room no. 2026 which was very silent during the night with no noise from outside and we had a comfortable sleep but the fan was away from the bed and it was also running slow at high speed. Despite no extra bed sought they charged us for the 3rd person and since it was weekend/holidays the room rent was little higher which is 30% more than the reasonable rate. Overall it was a OK stay.
