Das erste Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, war dreckig, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass es nur eine Verwechslung war, denn als ich unten anrief und mit der Rezeption sprach, brachte sie uns sofort in ein sauberes Zimmer und entschuldigte sich immer wieder. Danke DAYS INN WYNDHAM PIGEON FORGE!

TBH I was shocked. I have not stayed at a best western in many years because I put it so far down the list. Check-in/ out took less than 2 mins. Room was a mini suite and had a couch, coffee table, desk, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, more. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic for my needs.Only glitch was the literal fire drill at midnight on fri. No fire. Faulty sensor set off the fire alarm. Fire truck, people in gear searching the hotel, lobby full of people, screaming buzzer n flashing lights. Just an accident and a bit of drama. Finally got the buzzer turned off and back to bed. I will stay there again. Oh and breakfast was decent. Again I was surprised. Very good stay.

I was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

GGastnutzerThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war älter, aber sauber. Bequem für Gatlinburg, und der Smoky Mountain Parkway. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was Sie brauchen, Mini-Kühlschrank, kleine Kaffeemaschine, Haartrockner. Aufzug zum zweiten und dritten Stock. Aber es war nicht bequem an beiden Enden der großen Außeneingänge. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Zimmer hatte einen Flachbild-TV, aber die Fernbedienungen funktionierten nicht. Wir wollten den Vordertisch anrufen, aber das Telefon funktionierte auch nicht. Als wir zum Vordertafel gingen, um ihnen zu sagen, sagten sie, sie wussten nicht, dass die Zimmer Telefone hatten. Sie gab uns eine neue Fernseher, die auch nicht funktionierte. Es gab nur 1 Waschbecken und Handtücher im Zimmer, aber sie gab uns mehr, als wir zum Vordertafel gingen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Pool war offen, aber nicht wie angekündigt erhitzt.

GGastnutzerSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new.
2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned.
went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda.
3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser.
4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky.
5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service.
6) Beds were extremely comfortable.
7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey

GGuest UserDie Lage war ein wenig schwer zu erreichen, da es keine Warnung über den Fahrweg gibt. Gehen Sie in und das Parkplatz ist klein und konnte keinen Parkplatz für Ein- oder Auschecken finden. Zimmer war WAY kleiner als wir dachten und Bilder gezeigt! Es war wirklich durch das kleine Zimmer abgeblasen! Das Badezimmer war schmutzig, tote Bugs am Boden um die Tube und schmutzig überall. Das Bett war schrecklich! Kein Box Spring oder Unterstützung, außer einem Metallrahmen, der Lärm machte es hat uns am meisten auf der Nacht! Das Bett war dünn und wir frischen am meisten die Nacht, auch wenn wir die AC ausdrehen wir starben aus der Wärme! Die Blätter waren nackt, bedeckt in Diät und Haar! Ich weiß nicht, ob es aus der Hausaufsicht stammt oder einfach nie geschaltet wurde!
Das Fernsehen war ok, aber kaum funktionierte, so dass es im Grunde ein Witz war und der Wasserdruck schrecklich war! Sprich von dem Bad, vergessen zu erwähnen, dass schwarze Milch auf den Wänden und die Rusche und weiße Kruste auf der Dusche gebildet, es machte uns panik! Das Zimmer hatte auch verschiedene Bugs und Spiders im Zimmer und es machte uns super unbehaglich!
Wir feiern unser Geburtstag und es war die schlimmste Erfahrung! Wir hatten nicht mal das Frühstück stört, weil die Saftmaschine aus war und die Obst und Getreide erscheinen fragwürdig.
Insgesamt würde ich diesen Platz nur 1 Sterne geben, weil der Service bei der Eincheckung wirklich nett war.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage.
The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.
