2-Sterne-Hotels in Alabama, Vereinigte Staaten

This was my second stay and, overall, another good one. First I,d like to say thank you for something you may not be aware of, my pillow. I have neck problems so when I find a good one that fits the way I need I take it with me. Unfortunately I left it in the room. I called the front desk that afternoon to hopefully get it back, having my daughter-in-law pick it up as she and my son and grandkids live close by. The clerk was very courteous and said it was likely in laundry but couldn't leave the front desk to check. He graciously said he would leave a note and someone could pick it up the next morning. My daughter-in-law did just that. This is a budget no-frills hotel in a safe location. My son and his family live probably less than 2 miles from there so I am very familiar with the area in southeast Huntsville. I can't think of anything you can't get nearby as all the big box stores, numerous gas stations, restaurants, and a few small bars, etc are a stones throw away. As someone that used to travel with work with plenty of weekly and monthly motel stays I know how important convenience and room costs can be. There are cheaper motels nearby but I don't recommend them due to location(safety) and poor past experience as well as inconvenience due to traffic on 72. VIP has a restaurant on one side and a small bar on the other, both just across the parking lots. There are plenty of others within safe and easy walking distance. The room: I'm a smoker and booked a smoking room. Those aren't easy to find anymore. That said, there were signs of it if you looked. Nothing to fault VIP for as I put that on previous guests and the room, at least to me, didn't smell like it. The most important parts, counters, tub, toilet, bedding, etc were clean but the floor, TV remote, and spaces you could only see when sitting down or looking under something could use some attention. There was an issue with the TV box where every time I turned it on to watch I had to unplug the box and plug it back in to get it to wake up. The water was just warm enough for a shower but never any hot water for my preference even after letting it run 3-5 minutes prior. Stayed warm for a long shower but forget about a hot bath. The drain was slow like it needed cleaning out. Not so slow that the shower didn't drain fast enough but slow enough that any water straight from the tub faucet would fill it faster than it could drain. Likely needed cleaning out. Not a housekeeping issue but more a maintenance issue since the ”hair catcher” or whatever you call it would need to be removed. The towels would make good loofahs for exfoliating. A little fabric softener would be a plus. The pillows were flat. Something to address for the next updates. The floors are vinyl, much preferred over nasty carpet that always keeps something for itself even after a thorough vacuuming. The door needs a new weather strip and/or threshold as I did have one unwelcome guest slip under it. Not the kind you'd have to worry about living there though and I simply evicted him with a flush. I give VIP 4 out of 5 stars. I'm a realist and I know that keeping everything perfect isn't cost effective and could easily increase room rates but I also know that some of the small details would simply take a little more time and attention. I try to be thorough not just for potential guests but also for owners, management, and staff are fully aware of any issues, grievances, or thumbs up. I would definitely stay again.

Das ist das Absolute schlimmste Hotel, das ich hätte buchen können. Vor dem Einchecken wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Zimmer kein Fernseher oder Mikrowelle hatte. Der Nachttisch-Verwalter sagte mir, dass ich meine Buchungsfirma kontaktieren und eine Erstattung würde trotz der Website gesagt, keine Erstattung. Da ich drei Tage lang da sein werde, habe ich beschlossen, dass drei Tage ohne Fernseher oder Mikrowelle unmöglich wäre, so dass ich nie angemeldet. Es hat über eine Woche gedauert, nachdem ich die Running-Running erhalten hatte, um herauszufinden, dass der Nachttisch-Verwalter gerade auf lügte. Ich habe keine Erstattung erhalten --nicht einmal eine teilweise Erstattung. Sie können wetten, dass NEIN DER Räume alles auf der Liste der Einrichtungen haben, weil ich alles im Büro hinter dem Tisch gesehen habe!!!! Wenn Sie hier buchen, Sie sind ein ****!!! Ich warne Sie vor der Zeit!!!!! Ich wünschte, jemand hätte einen Kommentar über ihre Erfahrungen veröffentlicht, ich hätte nie die Zeit, die es dauerte, um sie zu finden, vor allem, weil sie nicht einmal ein Signal hatten, Nur ein Banner, das Sie nicht nur nicht sehen konnten, sondern konnten nicht lesen, wenn Sie es gesehen hätten, weil es alles war aufgewühlt!!!!! REISERS WAHR:::: Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht wo Sie sein wollen!!!!! BESEITEN so weit weg wie Sie möglicherweise aus dieser ”Kette”!!!!!!!!!!

Ich habe vor kurzem einen langen Aufenthalt (ca. 3 Wochen) bei Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery in ihrer King Suite abgeschlossen, und ich konnte nicht mehr zufrieden sein. Die King Suite war unglaublich geräumig und gut für einen langen Aufenthalt konzipiert. Mit diesem zusätzlichen Raum machte sich ein großer Komfortsverschieden. Das Zimmer war konsequent sauber und das Bett bietet hervorragende Unterstützung für eine gute Nachtruhe nach einem langen Tag. Was am meisten herauskam, war die Bequemlichkeit. Die Lage ist hervorragend für den Zugang zu lokalen Spots, und die Einrichtungen in der Suite waren sehr praktisch. Das Personal war freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen, so dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts begrüßt fühle. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen, sauberen und geräumigen Ort zu bleiben in Montgomerybesonders für eine längere ReiseIch empfehle dieses Hotel sehr. Es bietet einen großen Wert für den Preis!

Der Ort muss wirklich gegossen und neu aufgebaut werden!! Die Rohrwinkel waren wirklich gefüllt!! Es war wie gebacken in Schmutz!! Sie scheinen einen Schnitt zu brauchen, um den Schmutzstück in die Rohrwinkel zu entfernen!! Danke an der guten Gnade ich immer bring meine eigene Dusche Flip-Flips !! Sie hatten nicht einmal Badehandtücher nur Handtücher und eine der Waschkleider war nicht einmal weiß mehr ( das hätte wirklich abgeschrott werden sollen!! ) Danke für die Gnade ich auch meine eigenen Handtücher! Der Teppich war so gefärbt die Zimmer riechen schrecklich!! Der Aufzug war so schmutzig und dünn!!  Und um zu denken, sie bezahlten mir $225 für die Nacht !! Es ist gut, dass ich gerade durchgekommen war und es war eine letzte Minute Reise und ich musste nicht bleiben, aber weniger als 12 Stunden!! Ich würde nie wieder ins Hotel gehen und leider machen alle anderen Hotels mit dem gleichen Namen schlecht!!

Die Hilfe war sehr freundlich und zwingend. Auch hatte frühe Eincheckung für uns. Einmal in wir fanden das Hotel schlecht gepflegt und Staub auf Bettbahnen und anderen Oberflächen. Die Boden wurden gereinigt, wo gefüllt, aber die Räume wurden spürbar und schmutzig. Wieder einmal waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfreich, aber weniger als ausreichende Einrichtungen. Wird in Zukunft das Rote Dach vermeiden.

I had a great experience everything was perfect

After reading several positive online reviews about this Comfort Inn, I decided to try it out. I was on my way to our home in Florida and broke up the 12 hour drive with a halfway point stop for the night. The staff was helpful and pleasant both upon arrival and check-out. My room was clean and everything worked (tub drained well, refrigerator was cold, room temperature controls were responsive, etc.). I felt safe in the area which was also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Their well-stocked breakfast was a nice surprise! It was available in their clean, bright and spacious area and the eggs/sausage were hot and delicious. There were several other options as well that would easily accommodate a hungry family. This will now be my go-to hotel in the future along I-65!
