The room, bedsheets, towels were clean. As for common bath and toilets it can be variable depending on time of your visit and cleanliness of your neighbors.
Located in quiet place pretty far from the central part of the island but there's a free shuttle there.
The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
There were no hot water in the bath or i didn't wait enough for it.
There was a live-music concert in the evening in the restaurant area downside.

Good Location, a minute walk from festive mall. Sobrang convenient especially during Dinagyang Festival. There's some spot sa sahig na hnd na sweep. Overall good deal na considering it was during Dinagyang.

Did not get the room that was posted on the website. It was totally different from what i have expected.
The advantage is that it’s near the town’s center so i had easy access to almost everything.

MManhadunhaitangaoyangZwei Dinge sind gut, die anderen jedoch nicht so gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist der weiße Sandstrand. Es ist auch praktisch, dort zu essen. Auch der Service ist sehr gut, herzlich und aufrichtig, und es stehen rund um die Uhr Leute zur Verfügung. Als ich ankam, war es schon nach Mitternacht und ich hatte Angst, dass ich nicht einchecken könnte, aber es wartete jemand auf mich . Ich gehe um neun Uhr morgens los und es sind Leute im Dienst. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Einrichtungen alt sind, es viele Mücken gibt und die Einrichtungen und Geräte nicht sorgfältig von engagiertem Personal gewartet werden.

-No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location.
- No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs.
- Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon.
- if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road.
- If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner.
- Towels must be asked.
- Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu.
- The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯
- If you just want a place to stay, you can book here.

RRCMARFADie Lage ist perfekt, weil sie im Zentrum von Station 2 ist. Sie ist sehr nahe an die meisten Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte und der Dmall. Der Klimaanlage ist wirklich kalt ausgezeichnet. Die Dusche funktioniert perfekt, wie sie Heizung und geräumiges Badezimmer haben. Das einzige, was wir bemerkt haben, ist es nicht sehr neues Hotel wie die anderen. Die Etagen und Reifen sind alt und die Haare sind irgendwie überall. Die Bidet in unserem Zimmer funktioniert nicht und das Zimmer zum Balkon ist schwer zu öffnen. Der Pool wird nun in eine Bar umgewandelt. Aber insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist nett, der Preis ist angemessen ist es eigentlich perfekt für den Haushalt und die Frühstückseinbeziehung ist ein Vertrag.

GGastnutzerThe location is perfect and i stayed 5 nights to see the Dinagyang Festival. You can see the parade dinagyang just from the hotel area. Many staffs working and cleanliness is maintained. The restaurant is good and price is just right affordable with plenty of choices.
The things that i don't liked is the uncomfortable mattress the room is small. but is budget hotel but clean and cheap. No elevator or lift the seniors like me is struggling and i stayed on fifth floor but staff will help for your luggage.
Many shops and restaurants and malls just in surrounding area. The staff's are very helpful and all are 😃 🙂.
I'll come back again in the future and i highly recommend 👌

AAleksandr P.Номер брали на сутки для транзита через Рохас. Для этой цели он вполне подходит. Удобства минимальные : вместо душа ёмкость с водой и ковшик. Мебель простая, но матрас на кровати хороший, полочки для посуды и шкаф для одежды есть. Мыло и туалетная бумага в наличии. Рекомендуем на 1-2 ночи. Местоположение отличное.

Just had a little trouble with our check in since we have to wait a long time in the lobby just to verify the guest names since it was not forwarded by the property manager to the condo staff on time before we arrived.
Anyways we still had a great time.
